*Next day-4/26-After school*

After class was over I decided to go to Takemi's clinic for another medical trial like she requested.

*At Takemi's Clinic*

I got inside the examination room for the next medical examination “Here you go….The effects should be instant this time” Takemi said and I nodded swallowing the medicine but I didn’t feel anything and I look at her confused “Hmmm...Let’s see. Eyes are focused” Takemi said “Look this way. One, two, three, four…” She said “....nothing yet huh?” She asked when I flinch ‘The inside of my mouth feels like it’s burning….and my nose is itchy….’ I thought “Oh, there it is. The inhibitory effect is just as I had hoped” Takemi said “Your weight was the primary reason it took longer to kick in than expected…” she said “...Yes, this is what I expected from a teenager” she said “We're making great progress. Practice makes perfect, right?” she asks “Ok, hold tight. Once I compile all the data, we can move on…” she said when the phone rang and Takemi picked it up “Hello, Takemi Medical clinic of internal medicine. How can I help you?” She asks “....An, emergency, huh? But we’re not a designated hospital” she said “...Besides, the head physician here is Tae Takemi” she said “Ah…?” She asks and put the phone away frowning “...Awfully rude, just hanging up on a lady like that” she said “What was that about?” I asked “Oh, he basically called the wrong number” Takemi said “An ambulance driver was looking for a transfer location. All the designated hospitals are full” She said “But to think they’d accidentally call a general practitioner….Must’ve been a new paramedic” she said “...He seemed to at least know my name though” She said “I’ve been blacklisted by the large medical community” she said surprising me “They call me the Plague...due to a grave medical error I made” she said “A medical error?” I asked confused “This goes back to my old job….I used to work at a university hospital in the city” Takemi said “I was never actually convicted of anything, but I’m still considered a pariah in the medical industry” she said “...Does that scare you?” She asks with a smile. “Participating in clinical trials run by a doctor like that?” She asks “I don’t mind” I said and she chuckled “You’re a strange kid” Takemi said “I guess we’re both equally shady, hm?” She asks “Well that’s fine. Being ostracized has enabled me to focus on my own research and development” she said “Regardless I look forward to working with you” she said smiling “I’ll be sure to add some additional ‘Medicine’ for you, my little guinea pig” she said.

*It feels like my bond with Takemi is growing even deeper.

The phone rang again and Takemi picked it up “Hello, Dr. Takemi’s clinic clinic of internal medicine…” She said “Huh? One order of teriyaki chicken?” She asks confused “...You’re all good for today. You can go home now” She said and I nodded leaving the clinic and heading back to Leblanc.

*At Leblanc-Evening*

Once I returned to Leblanc I made coffee after Sojiro left and saved it in case and then I went to sleep with Morgana and saved my file.
