*Next day-4/25-After school*

Once classes I got a text from Ryuji to meet at a place and hang out so I agreed and went to this place called Ogikubo.

*At Ogikubo*

I met up with Ryuji on Ogikubo “Ahhhh! I love the feelin’ of noodles slidin’ down my throat! Sweat drippin’ over my face!” Ryuji said as we ate ramen “This shit’s the best, man! Ramen is life!” He said “Light soup like this really gets your body goin’ again after a good run, y’know” He said “We used to come all the way out here after practice and…” He said “Uh..I guess that’s all in the past…” He said “By the way, I’ve seen Nakaoka around a few times…” He said “But for some reason it don’t look like he’s gettin’ along with the others” He said “Are you worried about him?” I asked “Yeah...kinda” Ryuji said “I’ve been thinking about what he said….How the whole track team was putting up with Kamoshida’s shit….” he said “And how I effed it all up for them…” he said “....I think he was right” he said “They don’t even got a club room anymore, so they’ve been storin’ all their stuff behind the gym” He said “They can’t use any school gear either, so they just run laps around the block for practice” He said “...There ain’t really a place for outcasts like that” He said “I should know that better than anyone…” He said “It’s good they’re keeping their heads low now though. I don’t want them ending up like me.” he said “But you’re doing great Ryuji” I said “....Y’know what? You’re right” Ryuji said smiling “I guess now that I’m thinking about it, trying to fit in is a real pain in the ass” He said “I mean, I’d never have met you guys if I wasn’t an outcast, right?” He asks  “So, uh...it’s all good” he said and I look at him curious “For real though, it’s been a shitton of fun! Hanging out with you guys is so freaking cool!” He said and I nodded.

*I feel like my bond with Ryuji is growing deeper.

“I just hope there’s something I can do to help those track guys” Ryuji said “Though it’d prolly mess them up if I tried to butt in…”  He said “Oh yeah, we still gotta find a new spot for our training” He said “Hm...I’ll think about it. No slacking off ‘til then, mkay?” He asks and I nodded and we left and I went back to Leblanc.

*Back at Leblanc-Evening*

When I got back to Leblanc I decided to help Sojiro working part time “Now then, since you’re gonna be working in my store, I’ll need to hammer home the basics…” Sojiro said “You know what I’m talking about right?” He asks “Making coffee” I said “Yup. Glad to see you at least understand that much” Sojiro said “This store’s not the busiest around, but I’m real particular about how we make coffee here” He said “And I’ll kick you out no questions asked if you serve a bad cup, you got that?” He asks “Let me tell you, So-chan  definitely does things right with his coffee” A female customer said “It goes so well with his special curry, I can’t help but order the set meal every time” she said “What can I say, each of my regulars gets an experience personally tailored to them” Sojiro said “Can you tell me the key to that wonderful flavor, So-chan? I’d love to make it at home sometime” the female customer said “Sorry, that’s a trade secret. You’re free to try and guess based on the taste though” Sojiro said “Cheapskate. Keeping secrets from me even though you know your food’s already stolen my heart..” the customer said “How about a nice dessert then? It’s only three hundred yen.” Sojiro said and after the dessert she left. “When you run a shop, you get all sorts of customers. Knowing their personalities is absolutely vital” Sojiro said “That’s what being in food service is all about” He said and I nodded when we heard the door open and we looked over “Welco-You…” Sojiro said surprised “Hello there! It’s been quite a while, Sakura-san!” a middle aged man said and I raised an eyebrow “I heard you opened up a shop, so here I am! It wouldn’t have hurt to mention it to me though” he said “huh, you’ve got a real nice location here. Right by the station and everything” He said “Your order?” Sojiro asked trying not to sound pissed “No small talk? That’s cold” the man said “Oh, but this smell...Sure brings back memories! You’re still making that curry, huh?” He asks “I guess you haven’t gotten over her yet…” He said ‘Her?’ I thought. “Your order sir?” Sojiro asks frowning “Haha, so pushy. I just stopped in to say hi today….but I’ll be back soon again soon! Bye” the man said leaving “Ugh….I don’t know where he caught wind of this place” Sojiro said “That guy was really suspicious” I said  “heh, I guess you have an eye for some things after all” Sojiro said “Anyways, if you have time for questions, you have time to be learning about bean types” He said “You’re not gonna be any use to me if you can’t pick up on the ABCs sometime soon” He said “Besides, I’m sure guys love a guy who knows his coffee like ladies would. This isn’t such a bad deal for you” He said “Okay if you say so” I said nodding “Heh, if only you were this obedient all the time” Sojiro said smiling “Either way, I’m gonna teach you right. That way I’ll be able to sit back and relax while you work” He said and I nodded.

*I feel like my bond with Sojiro is growing deeper.

“....Oh is it time already?” Sojiro asked “Let’s start closing up. And no slacking off, you got it?” He asks and I nodded.

Once he left as we closed up the store I went upstairs and fell asleep with Morgana on the bed as I save.
