A Single Wish: Judgement

She watched the stars spinning. Spinning in the eternity of space, fast and moving always for her small, small world, motionless and regal in the grand scheme. She grappled the rusty bars, and let go. Eventually we all let go, she thought. She turned around with effort. She looked back up to the black sky. It's not black, she thought, it's like any single race. It shows a color, but has variations. The sky isn't black- it's gray, purple, lavender, off black. Muffled chatter sounded, coming closer and unwinding it's twisted jumbled words into well formed sentences.

"She will be judged before him." Was what she could make out as they approached. They stared, they're cat like eyes interlocking. One stood forward, holding a golden key in his taloned hand. He unlocked the cell, and opened it cautiously. She stepped out, and looked once more to the stars. "Come along, traitor," her captors beckoned her to follow. I must think like a star. Bright and everlasting, knowing eventually I end, but there are many that carry out what I yet to carry, she thought. She shook her head, and followed the guards. They walked to the curtain. The giant curtain. Known as the curtain of mystery, she thought. She knew she will find how to rid of the mystery in its name. Very soon. They traveled close, closer, closer. The curtain loomed, bigger still. She knew being nervous was futile, and gave up the feeling.
"The true name of the curtain," said her captors, "is the Curtain of Judgement."
