Candy:Last time on total drama island the campers are doing the paintball deer hunting challenge . Piggy and skeeter are fighting each other and the muppet is eliminated is skeeter. Kermit:Release the princess you dragon! Don't worry princess piggy I'll save you!
Glomp:No!!! Please!!! Stay away!!! I'll give you the mansion back King boo!!! I promised!!! (Gasps) Whoa. What a nightmare. The sun rises up and the campers are waking up.
All:(Yawning) In the morning vulk and flamzer are out foraging for food for their team. The former tries to assure the latter that just because flamzer forces him to help every morning doesn't means he has to and that it should really be his choice whether or not he does it. Vulk mistakes this for  saying he doesn't want the company. He also points out that flamzer is both the smartest and the "favorite" twin. However, richard defends vulk's self criticism and tells him he needs to stand up for himself. Their friendship solidifies as richard confirms vulk's question as to whether they were friends because richard doesn't appreciate the way flamzer treats him. Vulk also confesses that he himself has a hard time forming bonds because people are intimidated by him, and he himself is happy to have a friend in vulk. Hiro approaches and he and richard immediately seem to display. Vulk takes the hint and goes off to leave them in private. Richard jokingly asks him if he's seen any zombies around. In the confessional, Hiro gushes about his looks, survivalist skills, and his "healthy" concern about the undead. He adds that he is conflicted about wanting to mess with him because he doesn't want a zombie baby attacking him. Hiro leaves the mixels to bring the food he's gathered. Vulk wonders if they were talking about zombies, and richard responds that it's a "running joke" between them, not realizing that Hiro sees otherwise. Zorch  is overjoyed that Hiro's brought back food, tackling him to the ground and rummaging through the bag. He is chowing down on some food.
Candy:Attention all campers come meet me at the camping area for your next challenge. Today's challenge is doom balloons. Every competitor will collect as many balloons as they can carry. Each one holds a dangerous or disgusting surprise, which will be used against the opposing team. If a contestant is hit with a balloon, they are eliminated no matter how the contents got onto them. 
(Interview)
Jibanyan:Gee man. I thought that was a cheesy stuff if they are hit a surprise inside of the doom balloons.
(End of interview) Rowlf threw a needle at komajiro's balloon and the popped and it was filled with bees.
Komajiro:Oh my swirls!!!! Bees!!!!
Candy:Looks like komajiro is out. Hiro sees blazion wandering through the forest, somehow managing to stay quiet even with the rocks and twigs on the ground threatening to break him silence. He says in the confessional that he wants to like him, but doing so will result in him not being able to kill him should he turn into a zombie. Unikitty threw a needle at maractus's balloon and her balloon is filled with mayonnaise.
Candy:Now the cactus Pokemon is out. Animal threw a balloon at flain and he is covered in toothpaste. Then meltus threw a balloon at kermit and it was filled with tiny crabs. Then scooter threw a balloon at baymax. He is covered in ketchup.
Candy:Looks like kermit baymax and flain are out. Arcanine threw a balloon at bentley and the balloon is filled with poison darts and he got knocked out. Then puppycorn threw a balloon at joltik and she is covered in green slime. Furfrou threw a balloon at kevin. He is being attack by a swarm of yellow jackets. Glomp threw a balloon at drooper and the balloon is filled with jellyfish and sting drooper. Zorch decides to take them with her to arcanine's hiding spot. He encourages vulk to drop it on him. Before he can, flamzer grabs onto it because he wants to take the shot. The mixels fight for it until the balloon bursts, not only dousing them in the paint but also cause team Hiro to lose the challenge, making flamzer scream in anger.
Candy:Welcome to your next elimination ceremony team Hiro. The marshmallows goes to:Hiro baymax bentley komajiro flain zorch meltus unikitty puppycorn Dr. Fox hawkodile richard kevin stuart Bob fleegle bingo drooper and snorky. The bottom two are vulk and flamzer. You both made the balloon pop by squeezing it when you both are fighting each other. Vulk rants in the confessional that flamzer always takes whatever he wants. He pauses suddenly, contemplating this statement and coming up with a plan.
Candy:The last marshmallow goes to......... Vulk. Later on, he is shown holding a green apple in his hand before flamzer swipes it from him. The latter confidently tells him that he talked to all of team Hiro about how vulk's balloon lost them the challenge. Vulk smiles and silently tells him to enjoy the poisonous fruit that is enjoying it. Flamzer begins choking, his face swelling up. Vulk takes on his cousin's mannerisms and dismisses it as "vulk" begging for sympathy, while flamzer struggles to speak. Candy, unable to identify which twin is which, forces flamzer to take the catapult of failure. In the confessional, Samey claims that flamzer has had his karma coming to him for years. Candy catapult flamzer in the sky.
