Find out right here right now on total drama island!!!! At the mess hall, Chef jojo is serving All-You-Can-Eat pancake breakfast. Rowlf is unsatisfied with the amount of pancakes he receives and reminds Chef jojo that the breakfast is "all you can eat", causing an enraged Chef jojo to bury him in pancakes, much to rowlf's amusement.
Candy:Attention final three come and meet me at the auditorium for your next challenge. Today's challenge is I triple dog dare you! Candy tells them that the producers ran out of ideas for challenges so they requested dares from the eliminated campers. She then shows a giant bottle attached to a wheel with pictures of all the other campers for a high stakes game of "I Triple Dog Dare You". Each camper will spin the bottle and the camper it lands on determines the dare; the spinner can complete the dare themselves and win a "get out of dare freebie" in the form of an empty soda bottle or they can pass the dare to someone else. Candy mentions that if a camper refuses to perform a dare, they are automatically eliminated from Total Drama Island. In the confessional, she explains that he and Chef have a minor side-bet for the challenge: the first one to puke has to give the other one $100. Zorch's up first and the wheel lands on flain. Flain's dare for him is to lick rowlf's armpit. Candy asks if zorch will take it or pass, and he passes it to bentley. Bentley nervously moves towards rowlf's armpit, and he tries to calm him down by telling him to imagine that he's licking an ice cream cone minus the bad odor. This doesn't help much, nor does mentioning the pit hair while in mid-lick, which sends bentley into convulsions. Bentley gets his turn at the wheel and spins glomp, who dares them to chew their own toenail, slowly. He doesn't hesitate to challenge zorch with the dare. Zorch sits on a small chair in the center of the stage, takes off her boot and lifts up his foot so that Chef jojo can clip a piece of his toenail off. She then hands him the clipping and he puts it in his mouth. While chewing, bentley reminds zorch that he has to do it slowly and zorch's chewing changes to a slow, forced motion. After he completes this dare, rowlf spins the bottle and gets skeeter, who dares him to re-chew a piece of glomp's old gum.
Rowlf emphatically accepts the dare, grossing out everyone else. Rowlf figures the gum must be pretty special and starts chewing, describing the flavor as "full bodied, a delicate fruity aroma with a hint of citrus, robust yet balanced, summery, and a "crunchy center". The camera zooms onto glomp's picture, which shows him picking his nose, heavily implying that the "crunchy center" is a booger.
While candy and Chef jojo almost throw up, rowlf blows a large bubble that bursts and covers himself with bubble residue. Candy awards rowlf the game's first freebie and an optional tetanus shot, which rowlf declines. Zorch retakes the stage and spins kermit, whose dare is to stuff a tray of ice cubes in your underwear and let them melt. Zorch doesn't think the dare is too bad and takes it himself. After he completes the dare, he earns a freebie. Bentley declares that he will take the next dare, whatever it is, as he won't let rowlf and zorch get ahead of him. He spins the bottle and gets taffy. Taffy's dare is to eat grape jelly out of rowlf's belly button. Chef jojo pours nine spoonfuls of jelly into rowlf's navel, while rowlf comments on how getting two dares like this must suck. Bentley gathers his strength, and while it's not shown on camera, he slurps the grape jelly from rowlf's bare stomach, returning to frame covered in grape jelly with a disturbed look on his face. Candy puts him on life support for a few minutes while candy hands out snacks: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches; hearing of which causes bentley to throw up in the oxygen mask. Rowlf takes his next spin and gets blazion, to which rowlf is ecstatic. Blazion's dare is to give a purple nurple to a sleeping bear. Rowlf gladly takes the dare, but loses some enthusiasm when he asks "What's a purple nurple?". Rowlf goes to the nearby bear cave to perform the dare, which naturally wakes the bear up and causes the bear to attack rowlf. Then rowlf earns another freebie. Zorch spins and gets glomp's dare: lick rowlf's toe jam; he passes it to bentley who uses his freebie to skip it. Bentley spins and gets roughraff: drink powdered fruit punch from the communal toilet. Zorch considers whether she should use his freebie but decides to go for it. Candy mixes the fruit punch into the toilet with a plunger, commenting on how gross it is and then hands zorch a straw. Zorch pokes the straw into the water and takes a long slurp before getting sick and throwing up. While rowlf goes up to get the next dare, bentley taunts zorch, saying flain will need a fumigation squad to beat him with his bad breath, to which zorch replies by belching foul gas in his face, silencing bentley. Rowlf spins vulk, whose next dare is to eat dog food, another dare that rowlf is glad to take himself. Candy questions why rowlf would do it as he has two freebies he can use, or better yet, challenge an opponent, preferably one with no freebies (referring to bentley).
Rowlf:Oh boy! I love to eat dog food. I'm a dog you know. Well it's time to find out what I have been missing. He then takes the plate of dog food, which is still in a can shape, and voraciously eats it. When rowlf describes it as "meaty tasting," proving too much for candy as she throws up. After candy pays $100 to Chef jojo, Chef jojo throws up as well, followed by zorch, then bentley. In the confessional, candy says it was too gross, then throws up again and asks if there's anything the campers won't do. Zorch kissing a dead fish, and bentley wrestling an alligator; after over sixty rounds, no one has dropped out. Rowlf has twenty freebies while zorch still has one and bentley has none. Frustrated at how long this could continue, zorch strikes a deal with rowlf: help him take bentley down and in return, zorch will give rowlf a share of the prize money in the case he wins--but in case zorch doesn't win, he promises to get rowlf some doughnuts. Rowlf agrees and gives half of his freebies to zorch. Bentley protests this, but candy says that there aren't any rules against contestants sharing freebies. Bentley's torture starts when zorch spins and lands puppycorn, who dares them to drink a blended puree of Chef jojo's mystery meat. This leads to a montage showing bentley swimming in leeches, wearing a chicken hat and pretending to be a chicken, slapping himself, eating a live cockroach, kissing one of Chef jojo's socks in the guise of a sock puppet play of the Princess and the Frog, and getting a bucket of feces dumped on his head before being fired out of a cannon into a feces pile. When the bottle lands on marill, bentley feels relieved, thinking that marill couldn't possibly come up with a bad dare. However, he is extremely wrong when candy reads the card aloud which states, "have your head shaved by Chef jojo"!
Bentley is put in a barber's chair while Chef jojo menaces him with an electric razor. When he begins to have doubt, candy tells him exactly what's at stake; have his head shaved to stay in the game or keep his hair and leave without the $100,000. As Chef jojo approaches, bentley panics and kicks the razor out of her hands. It flies in the air and lands on his head. The chair then falls backward as bits of hair fly away. When the chair returns upright, bentley's in shock, with only a few clumps of hair left. Although bentley did get his head shaved (albeit partially), candy points out that she didn't actually accept the dare, therefore he's disqualified. His screams can be heard all the way to Playa Des losers. Candy catapult bentley in the sky.
