Wonder Woman was probably the first female superhero I knew. I mean how wouldn't she? She's the basis of the comic book heroine! If you know one female superhero, it's most likely Wonder Woman. Daughter of Zeus, originally from Paradise Island, where Amazons live free of men, Diana takes it on herself to journey to 'man's world' to seek out peace. Saving the world from the enemies since World War II, she eventually earned a spot on the famous Justice League as well. Wonder Woman is the whole package: beauty, brains, and brawn. Being one the most powerful superheroes period, she shows that women can be as good as men, and even better!
