When Jin arrived at work today his mind was filled with curiosity. What was gonna be RM's plan, was it gonna be dangerous. These thoughts lingered in Jin's head but he soon had to clear them as he was going to start his check-ups.

He approached Kimin's room and again saw him talking to same nurse from the other day. He smiled at them and saw how close the two he'd began to become. He began the check-up and made small talk with Kimin. Nothing too new, just random topics and Jin teasing him about him and the nurse.

Soon Jin bid his farewell and walked off to Bong-chae's room. He neared the door and it was unusually quiet. Jin opened the door and the sight he saw made the corners of his mouth turn up. There was Bong-chae and what Jin assumed was a half done scarf. Her phone wasn't in its usual place in her hand but rather on the small table next to the hospital bed.

"That looks really good Ms.Lee." Jin said. Unlike yesterday she didn't try to make an excuse or try to hide what she was doing but rather expressed how it made her feel. "It's actually quite calming, and once I truly got the hang of it it's quite easy." Bong-chae said. Jin smiled at her and proceeded with the check-up.

"I think we can we release you today and Ms.Lee. Your bruises seemed to be all cleared up and faded and your ankle seems to be in a lot better condition." Jin said. Bong-chae began to smile but the smile quickly faltered. "Dr.Kim is it alright if I tell you how I ended up in that fight?" Bong-chae asked.

Jin pulled a chair from the side and put it next to her bed and sat down. He had a couple minutes to spare so he knew he could stay. "I'm all ears Ms.Lee." Jin said. Bong-chae looked at him and back down and began to speak.

"It's gonna sound really stupid to you but please bare with me." Bong-chae said. "I won't judge I promise." Jin said. Bong-chae finally began to tell her story.

"It's not as stupid sounds but it was over a boy." Bong-chae started. "A new boy came to our school and he was really nice and super adorable but I wasn't into him. Over the week we got close and at the college I got to I'm pretty well known so people thought I was into him even tho I wasn't. We just got along super well. But this extremely popular girl wanted him because he was cute.. so I warned him about her but one of her goons overheard. At a party about a week later from that, me a couple of friends and the boy were talking and she come up to us and tried to come on to him. The thing is he's also pretty innocent too and a super nice guy. She kept trying to flirt with him and he was clearly uncomfortable so I stepped in and told her to leave him alone. She thought I was trying to "take him" but I was just trying to be a good friend. She got mad and pushed me and of course I pushed back and the thing is we were on the stairs so in the middle of are fight we both fell and that's how I got the worst of my injuries. But I wasn't even into him and that's because-" Bong-chae began to stop speaking and looked down as if she was contemplating something.

"You don't have to say anything that you're not comfortable with." Jin said reassuringly. "No.. I want to, I need to tell someone and you seem trustworthy so I'll say it. I like girls, I've never been attracted to boys but I can't tell anyone that, everyone will leave me and- and" Bong-chae said while beginning to cry.

Jin quickly stood up and sat on the bed next to her and rubbed her back. "Hey it's ok, actually I'm bisexual myself with a preference for men. A lot of people said that was just me covering up for the fact that I was actually gay but I knew who I was and still am and I'm fine with that. People are always gonna judge and thankfully society is becoming more open and accepting and I'm happy for that. You don't have to tell anyone you're not comfortable with telling. You take your time and tell people when you're ready." Jin said in a calm and comforting voice.

Bong-chae looked up at Jin with hope in her eyes. She was unsure how he would react and here he was comforting her, accepting her and even sharing his own experiences. She mustered up the only words that could come out of her mouth.

"Thank you."

Jin just smiled at her comfortingly.

Jin noticed the time and began to stand up. "I'd love to talk more but our time seems to be up. I'll see about you getting out of here when I come back for your second check-up.. and if it isn't any trouble when you leave I'd love for you to croché something for me." Jin said. Bong-chae just nodded and smiled.

She was happy someone knew her secret, she was also happy she got to see her new friend soon.

Jin left the room and made his way down the hallway to his next patient. He opened the door to see his only patient in a coma. Jin carried on with the check-up and once he was done he wrote down the stats of the machines and organized the plastic and paper flowers a little bit. Jin was done with him and left the room.

He visited his other patients and did some paperwork as normal and made his final rounds.

He made his way to Bong-chae's room and opened the door. He saw her finishing up the scarf from earlier and began to speak. "

It looks really good Ms.Lee." Jin said. Bong-chae looked up at him and spoke. "Thank you Dr.Kim, I'm almost done with it actually." Bong-chae said.

Jin began the check-up, very pleased with how well she was compared to last week. "Ms.Lee I think you're good to go. I'll give your father a call and you can leave now or in the morning." Jin said. "I'd like to leave in the morning if that's alright." Bong-chae said. "Of course. I'll call your dad and let him know." Jin said.

She would never say it but Bong-chae was kinda sad to leave. It was peaceful there, she could text or FaceTime her friends whenever she was bored and even picked up a new hobby. She was even gonna miss Dr.Kim.

"I'll be back in the morning Ms.Lee to discharge you. I have to go now. Have a goodnight Ms.Lee." Jin said with a smile. "Goodnight to you too Dr.Kim." Bong-chae said.

Jin left the room and finished up his rounds and eventually headed home.

Jin opened his apartment door and saw a familiar face.

"Well hello there Dr.Kim"
