Everything was going well for Team B&B on their first month on NXT. They were winning matches touring the world and getting to know each other more day by day, but one day things took a turn for the worst.

A cameraman caught the pair as they were entering the arena gearing up for another NXT taping, Akam and Rezar accompanied by Drake Maverick suddenly approached and they weren't in a good mood after being told their rematch for the Tag team championships was declined.

Becky: Oh boy, incoming twelve o' clock.

Brandon: Yeah I see 'em.

The two giants slowly walked up side by side, then split to the sides as Maverick slowly walked in between them.

Maverick: Well Well Well. Look who we have here boys. Fresh meat!

Becky: stand you're ground do not engage...

Brandon: And just who do you think you're calling fresh meat. Those two?

Maverick: You're real funny kid. Hilarious even. Do you really think you'd stand a chance against these two. There's a reason why we're called A.O.P

Brandon: Achene on person? Aging of pedos? nonono I got it. Actually on point, which is ironic because nothing about you two says on point... Now, I'm not gonna take you both on at the same time, I've seen where that puts people, but, tell your little puppet here to pick one of you two to meet me out there in the ring for a match, the other stays in the back and we have a match. Sound good?

There was a pause as Drake stared at Brandon for a brief second and then said

Maverick: You're on.

He said as the three walked away and the camera panned to Brandon's face.
After he was done with his little confrontation, Rebecca walked up beside him.

Becky: Wow. Didn't know you had a set in there.

Brandon: Well you learn a lot from a guy when you've been on the road with him for about a month.

Becky giggled a bit.

Becky: Well, looks like you got a match tonight big guy.

Brandon: That I do. Which sadly means I have to get ready now.

Becky: Yep... hey what if I go out there with you!

Brandon: you sure?

Becky: Hey, teammates stick together right?

Brandon: Yeah, but I don't want to risk you getting hurt out there.

Becky sighed.

Becky: understood. Just be careful out there, will ya?

Brandon: I promise.

The two hugged for a bit before he left to get ready for the task at hand.a

Half an hour later, Brandon waited at gorilla for his cue to do his entrance. As he waited patiently Rebecca slowly walked up beside him and stuck her fist.

Becky: Good luck out there.

Brandon accepted the fist bump and brought her in for a mini hug before his music hit and he made his way to the ring.

Jojo: And his opponent, from Jacksonville Florida, weighing in 256 lbs, Brandon Powers!!

The crowd roared as Brandon emerged from the back onto the stage. He was walking slower than he usually did as he was trying to focus in on the task at hand because currently in the ring, Rezar was waiting for him.

As he gingerly entered the ring, he played it off like he was nervous, but he knew deep down that he could be him.

As the match started, Rezar immediately chopped him down to size. A few minutes later things looked bleak for Brandon as Rezar was looking for the last chapter, but suddenly Brandon gained a second wind and fought back the only way he knew how. Haymakers were thrown left and right between the two with Brandon getting the upper hand and the crowd behind him. He soon pulled a super-kick from out of nowhere before slowly limping to the corner and getting ready to end it. With all the strength he could muster he drilled Rezar with the POWR Outage, and slowly made his way to pin him.

The crowd roared as Brandon rolled off and laid on his back to catch his breath.

Rebecca couldn't believe the match she had just seen.

Only being two matches into his career and Brandon was victorious in both. Mind you both opponents were not an easy task to challenge let alone win

Rebecca couldn't help but celebrate in the back. She knew Adam was an easy bout, but she was on the fence on whether he would beat one-half of AOP.

When he appeared from the curtain, she hugged him tightly wouldn't let go for a few moments.

Becky: That was amazing!

Brandon: I take it you enjoyed the match?

Becky: Absolutely!

The two let go and walked back to Brandon's locker room talking about the grueling match that had just taken place.

After getting changed, Brandon opted to drive them to the hotel they were staying at. As he walked her to her room the two talked for a minute.

Becky: Hey, thanks for the ride, and the amazing match!

Brandon: No problem. Least I could do for a friend.

Becky: Yeah... hey I've been thinking lately... and since we're teammates and stuff... um.

She cleared her throat

Becky: Be... my boyfriend...

Brandon: Of course I will.

A smile shown bright on her face as the two kissed for a while before she opened the door and walked into her room.

Becky: night babe!

Brandon: night!

They exchanged as Brandon walked to his room took a shower and went to bed.
