It had been a jam packed two weeks for the newly formed duo of Becky Lynch and Brandon Powers, now going by the team name "B&B". The two had to go through the rigorous process of actually becoming a WWE superstar in the form signing contracts, custom matching ring gear, and Crossfit training for the big day. This was it! Brandon's one chance to kickstart his career, and he wasn't gonna squander it.
When he made it to the arena, he grabbed his gear bag and headed for his locker room to change. As he made his way out he was met by his partner who had just arrived to the arena.

Brandon: Hey Becks!

Becky: Oh hey Bra... wait... you're already in your gear?

Brandon: Yeah. There a problem?

Becky: Well I mean the show doesn't start for like another hour after all, plus you got here before me so...

Brandon: Yeah... sorry about that. Probably just old habits from TNA.

Becky: No big. It's all good.

Brandon: Sweet. So, you ready for tonight?

Becky: Heck yes I am! I've been waiting for this moment my entire life, and to do it with you just makes it even better!

Brandon: Wait... come again?

Becky: I mean we are friends right?

Brandon: Yeah, but... i don't know. All this is happening way to fast and I'm still trying to adjust to this you know... but yeah... yeah we could be friends.

Becky walked in front of him so they were eye to eye

Becky: Hey, I know all this is hard for to comprehend at once, it is for me too, but we can do this. There's a reason they called us here. It's because they believe we have the talent to compete, so there giving us the platform to do so.

Brandon: Agreed. And there's no way we're gonna let opportunities slip through our fingers. And that starts tonight!

Becky: There we go! You ready?

Brandon: Born Ready!

The two shared a fist bump before going to gorilla to get ready for Brandon's first match on NXT. That night Brandon was going up against Adam Cole of the Undisputed Era. As Brandon was making final preparations for his match, Cole walked up beside him.

Adam: Hey! you must be one of the new guys in town. Name's Austin.

Brandon: Brandon.

Adam: Ready to tear it up out there?

Brandon: Yessir!

The boys shared a high five as Austin got ready to do his entrance as "Shock... The System" could be heard from inside the arena.

Becky walked alongside Brandon as he continued to get ready.

Becky: You nervous?

Brandon was taken aback.

Brandon: Nervous? Becky I don't get nervous easily. If anything, nerves fuel me to perform at my best.

tonight... is just the first step.

Brandon reassured her as he heard his music start.

Brandon: Gotta go!

He said as he walked over to the curtain waiting for his cue.

Becky: Go Get 'em!

she said before he disappeared behind the curtain followed by a roar from the crowd.

Jojo: And his opponent... from Jacksonville, Florida weighing in at 256 lbs. Brandon Powers!!

The crowd roared as he made his way to the ring and did his signature pose on the middle rope before hopping down and focusing in on the task at hand.

As the bell rang to signal the start of the matchup, the two men circled the ring and locked up with the collar and elbow tie-up which Adam took control of before Brandon broke out of it. Brandon being the powerhouse that he is was the first to start laying punch after punch on his opponent.

Later in the match, after a stunning moonsault to the outside by Cole both of them laid exhausted in the middle of the ring. Becky watched backstage jaw dropped in awe of the match she was watching.

Meanwhile back in the ring, the two were starting to slowly made their way to their feet by using the ropes as the fans applauded in respect for the two. Nearing the end of the match, Brandon rocked Cole with a super-kick and prepared for his finisher the POWR Outage. He nailed it and pinned him for the win..

Jojo: Here's your winner, Brandon Powers!!

Becky was jumping up and down in gorilla excited for her teammate's first win in WWE.

Brandon celebrated for a while in the ring before Adam slowly got up and walked towards him. The two stared down each other. Adam stuck out his hand and Brandon shook it as Adam gave him the ring to celebrate once more. After a few minutes he slowly exited the ring and made his way to the back where an eagerly awaiting Becky was waiting on his return. They hugged and walked further backstage.

Becky: My god dude! you never told me you were that good! That was Incredible!!

Brandon: I mean it was only my first match in about life a few months.

Becky: Looks like you never missed a step.

Brandon: Yeah...

he said as he smiled and thought back to his memories of his past wrestling career. As the two left the arena they both knew this was a lot more than they expected.
