Teens who commit murder should be tried as an adult. Point blank period! 

Don't say "oh they don't know better. They're just a kid."

Bull-fucking-shit! Even I as a kid knew murder was wrong and illegal. So don't try and sell me that shit. They're old enough to know right from wrong. Now if we're talking about a mentally ill person then it's on the fence I believe they should be tried as an adult but ultimately should be sent to a hospital to get proper treatment.
