Okay so apparently here in Washington if a black student does something against the rules they can't be punished at all because they are "oppressed". They are also trying to get rid of standardized tests because a majority of black students aren't passing so it's racist. Latinos and native Americans aren't doing well in those tests and do you hear them complaining about getting punished at school or failing a test?
