Alright, so I gathered a few reasons for why people think this would work, and I'm gonna debunk them!

1. They look good together

Uh... no? Why would Homura take interest in Sayaka if Sayaka's best friend is Madoka, and Homura has devoted her life to Madoka?

2. In a frame from Rebellion Homucifer is up close to Sayaka and Sayaka's blushing

You mean this?

First off, Homura is taunting Sayaka in this scene, and Sayaka's standing her ground. "oH bUt sHeS bLuShInG!!!!" Yeah you freaking idiot that's the art style. Even when characters are sad they blush, for example;

Why the fuck would Sayaka be blushing moments before turning into a witch?

3. But BDSM!

No. A ship means it's a good couple that works well together. Homucifer x Sayaka can make for good stories in concept, but that doesn't mean it's a great ship. If you feel bad for the person in the ship because of their partner, that's the first indication that it won't work.

4. It's unexpected, it'll surely come up in the next Madoka movie!

But it wouldn't make sense! Mami's death made sense because she was blinded by happiness, Sayaka's and Kyoko's death made sense because their relationship lead to them coming together and realizing they made the same mistakes. Homura turning into the devil made sense, it's the only thing Homura could do in that situation! But this wouldn't work, just because something is unexpected doesn't mean that it's a good twist.

And why would Sayaka fall for Homucifer? Explain internet I'd love to hear-
