Guilt,

a painful experience,

a result of overthinking,

when we do something,

a sense of righteousness,

that we do something wrong ,

a proof of empathy,

that we do feel something,

a sign of love,

that we have feelings too,

a way of respect,

that person is someone special,

a proof of affection,

that we feel for them,

a sign of need,

that we want them in our lives,

a sense of humanity,

that we are good inside,

But guilt,

a card of gain for some,

use it for their profit,

no care for others,

Right it is,

But wrong too,

Give yourself a punishment,

not so good too,

in the end,

i can say,

guilt a feeling for one,

which is good inside,

but bad in front....
