Ek ajanabi sa chehra tha jis se hum dil lgana chahte the

Par ye dil hi use apna bnane ko rok deta tha

Kyuki vo ek sapna hi tha jo meri haqiqat ko tod deta tha

Kya khata hui thi humse

Jo hume humari vfa ke badle uski bewafaai mili

Dhokha bhi unhone hi kia tha humse

Phir bhi badle mein hume hi uski ruswayi milli.

Even he had cheated us,

Yet we got his anger as a reward in return)
