I know that sometimes it's hard to look someone in the eyes. When you're in trouble, when you're nervous, when you're sad, etc. And I have that problem too. I'm very short so I always have to look up at people and a lot of people want you to look at their eyes. Since I have anxiety and I'm pretty nervous a lot I find it extremely hard to look people in their eyes. Including my family. So since I didn't want to have to look away when someone looks at me I decided to look online for help. I learned that instead of looking directly at their eyes you can look around their eyes instead. Like for example you can look at their eyebrows. But I found that I like looking at the spot in between someone's eyes. I think it makes it easier to look at someone. But we all have different opinions. If you can look at someone in the eyes then good for you! If you can't then try this little trick. I'm sure it'll help!
