My cousin: Anku, there are mangoes in your fridge. Can I have them?

Me: There are mangoes in the fridge? How do I not know it?

Cousin: Yeah, there are. I asked your mom. She told me to take them from you.

Me (In my mind) : Oh wow, papa brought mangoes home. Finally summers have started! I just can't wait to have them.

*Opens the fridge*

Oh yes, here they are. 😍😍

Me: How many should I give you?

My cousin takes a moment to process and then starts smiling.

Me: What happened? Did I say something wrong?

Cousin: No, actually my papa brought the mangoes and many other fruits yesterday and there was no space in our fridge so mom sent the mangoes here to keep them in your fridge.

Me: Oh...... Have as many as you want.. I, I mean have all of them.

A/N: Has any such thing happened to you too? 😂😂

Though this moment was embarrasing at first, but my cousin just laughed a little, ruffled my hair and left few mangoes for me too.

At the end of the day, I have a few mangoes to enjoy and a moment to remember and laugh forever 😂😂
