Today I had a red day.

Woohoo....*insert total sarcasm*

Means I had first & fourth period with Ben, or NGHB whatever y'all want me to call him.

So I get to class first in fourth period, the last class of the day. My basketball coach from school is chatting with my teacher, and she says hi and I said hey back.

My basketball coach asked me if I could stop by to grab a t-shirt she has for me real quick, so I was like "Sure"

*INSERT AWKWARDNESS RIGHT NOW*

As I get up, Ben starts coming into the classroom. We both walk towards the door, and guess what?

He freaking holds the door wide open for us.

Well crap.

I did the most awkward thing a human being can do.

I looked at the ground and just said "thank you" in the most SUPER QUIET VOICE EVER.

I couldn't hear what he said, but it was something like "Sure" or "no prob"

Ahahaaaa....SO...awkward...

I know this school year's gonna be SO FUN *insert sarcastic voice*

Great. It was only the 4TH DAY OF SCHOOL, and the awkwardness just began.

It's a super small class, like twelve seniors are in it and that's it. Ben sits in the front of the room, and I sit in the back. BLESS. Well, it doesn't make much of a difference cause where he sit is like, less than fifteen feet away. Also sits in front of the teachers desk. His table's towards the left, but mine's in the middle and there's no tables in front of me in the middle, so it's like he's always THERE when I look you.

Hahaha...one time when I looked up I saw him kinda do that side glance-looking back and I immediately pretended I was looking at the clock.

The same thing he'd do last year in theology 😅....oh great.

Okay, I admit, I like him like, the tiniest bit, but that's it. I like him just enough to get me nervous and awkward, but it's not a distraction or something.

Guess he didn't switch his classes -_-

BOI.

This morning, one of my junior guy friends lost his phone on Friday in a city like, 45 minutes away so Andrei was using his phone to track where it was.

It was literally the most funniest shit today. I COULD NOT stop laughing. At one point, I literally laughed so hard than Ben turned around and looked at our table to see what was happening.

Oh man, those moments bring back junior memories from last year. Ben still sit at the same table, I still sit at the same table, awkward eye contact from the cafeteria, laughing my ass off with some guy friends.

I'm not ready for the year to be like this. Last year was fine with those cute moments, but this year I'm just done.

Maybe not 100% done but I'm getting there. I swear I'll get over his ass.

Okay, I'm STILL laughing about it while I'm writing this, and it happened ten hours ago. I'm sorry, but it was the funniest thing ever. I was laughing my ass off during spanish cultures because Andrei was sitting next to me, and I just couldn't stop thinking about this morning.
