The drive home was quiet, and comfortable. Levi laid in the passenger seat asleep, head rested on the window, his fringe slightly covering his face. To say the least, he looked peaceful. His grumpy expression was replaced with a look of relaxation. There were no creases, no frown, no glare, just contentment. When our apartment came in to view, I was reluctant to wake up the sleeping man. He's quite adorable when he sleeps. But all good things must come to an end, so I reached over and lightly shook the peaceful man.

And of course he grumbled, but he opened his eyes nontheless. Rubbing his eyes Levi looked over at me, stopping mid yawn. He looked as if he had seen a ghost. "Did you just drive home drunk?" Rolling my eyes I got out of the car, Levi following close behind. "Yes I drove us home. No I was not drunk, I was tipsy." Levi crossed his arms, glaring at me. "That's not any better."

We continued walking until I heard Levi clear his throat, sounding uncomfortable. I turned around to see Levi staring at the sky, and I soon followed suit. I smiled remembering how much my mom loved to sit on the porch, and watch the storms as they passed. "Looks like a there's gonna be a storm." When I looked down at Levi, he looked less excited. "Hey Levi, are you afraid of lightning?" Levi puffed out his chest and continued ahead of me up the stairs, "I'm a grown ass man, of course of not afraid of lightning." I raised an eyebrow and followed him, "You know it's totally fine if you are you know that right? I'm not gonna make fun of you." Levi turned around quickly causing me to bump into him, "I'm not afraid of th-"

CLASH! The sudden strike of lightning caused the small man to yelp and cling to my shirt. Instinctively I wrapped my arms around him, recalling an earlier event that was similar to this. We stood like that for a bit, me whispering sweet nothing's in his ear, and him trembling every here and there. When Levi no longer gripped my shirt in fear, he dusted himself off and kept walking like nothing had happened. I wanted to ask him about it but he cut me off with a 'Don't you dare' look. So deciding it was better not to press the matter I just followed after him till we finally reached our door.

Levi seemed to be in a bit of a rush to get to his room, no matter how hard he tried to fake it. "Night brat." When I turned around to respond, Levi was already up the stairs and in his room. Now I have two choses: 1- Go to bed and let Levi suffer alone; or 2- Go upstairs and cuddle with him so he's not as scared, and maybe ask him why he's afraid of thunder. Any rational person probably would have left him alone. But I never make rational decisions so I headed straight to Levi's bedroom. It took me a while to decide between knocking and walking in. I ended up just walking in. Levi was in his bed under the covers, and the shaking of his small body was very visible. Walking over to his bedside I crawled in next to him, clothes on (of course). "Putain?" I wrapped my arms around him, his body tensing but eventually relaxed in my grasp. "Shh. Close your eyes and sleep." It felt as though Levi was going to react, but he stayed silent.

After awhile I could hear his breathing even out. Silently, I listened to the light snores that emitted from the small body in my arms. Before I knew it I was awakened by the sun beaming through the crack in the window. I looked down to the sleeping Levi and smiled. He was quite adorable when he slept. Sluggishly pulling myself out of bed, I headed down the stairs to make breakfast. Though it took some time, I finally decided on pancakes and eggs. I was quite enjoying the peace and quiet when Levi's phone suddenly went off. I guess he left it in his coat pocket last night. Deciding to let him sleep, I picked up the phone for him.

"Sorr-"

"Finally you picked up the phone! I've called you like 100 times. Anyways we still on for our thing tonight? I have the dress, the hotel, and a few other things."

I listened quietly as a girl just kept talking non-stop. What confused me the most was it was a girl, they have plans tonight... At a hotel.... Alone... Just the two of them... Anyone else following?

"Um, I'm sorry but this isn't Levi."

"Oh I'm sorry. Can you tell him I called? My name's Petra by the way. Thanks and sorry for that."

"Yeah I'll tell him you called. Bye."

I hung up the phone without waiting for a response. Wait. Wasn't Petra the girl in my French class?...Yeah she's the annoying strawberry blonde girl! Why are they going on what sounds like a date?!
