"JEAGER!" SLAM! I jumped off the couch fully awake, and looked at a very angry Levi. "What made you think I wanted to go out to eat with Shitwin!" I stared at Levi as he took his coat off and loosened his tie. He looked up at me seeming even more pissed. "Are you deaf, dumb and mute?" I shook my head and looked down at the grown man, my eyes starting to burn.

".... rry."

"Louder brat!"

I let my glassy eyes meet his, and for a second he almost looked pained to see me cry, but it was replaced with his angered look.  "I said I'm sorry!" I feel weak. It has been awhile since I've cried. The last time was at my mother's funeral, and that was over 5 years ago. I turned and started walking to the stairs, but a hand caught my wrist and I was pulled into a warm body.

"I didn't mean to make you cry. I'm sorry Eren." My eyes grew wide at the use of my name, and I pulled away from the hug and smiled down at Levi. He gave me a confused look, but I just smiled wider. "That's the first time you've said my real name." Levi let go of me and walked towards the kitchen, "Don't get used to it, brat."

"Eren we have to leave right now hurry up." I ran down the stairs pulling my beanie on and fixing my glasses. "Since when do you wear glasses?" Sighing and putting my vans on I looked up at Levi, " I don't normally but I dropped my contact lens down the drain..." The corners of Levi's mouth started to twitch and he turned towards the door. "Come on clumsy, it's time to go or we're going to be late. Groaning I followed Levi to his car and got in,

"Don't tell me that's your new nickname for me."

"It might be. I think it fits you well." I slumped in my seat and looked out the window as he started to car and headed off towards the restaurant. When we got there I couldn't help but gawk. It was an old timey style French restaurant, but it was still really nice. The inside was even nicer, there was a crystal chandelier in the entry way, and the walls were embroidered with gold. I suddenly felt under dressed in my black skinny jeans, a loose white shirt, a gray beanie, and glasses. I nudged Levi's shoulder as we walked towards reception.

"You didn't tell me we were going to a rich people restaurant. I look like an idiot!" My whisper yelling didn't seem to bug him,  he just kept walking until he saw Erwin waving at us. "You look fine, brat." As we approached Erwin I saw a little blonde ball of hair hiding behind him. The person stepped out to reveal my best friend. I ran over and hugged Armin tightly.

"....air... need... " I dropped Armin and he took deep breaths, I scratched the back of my neck and apologized. After we greeted each other, Erwin showed us to our table. Both me and Armin started to look at the menu, before we quickly realized it was all in French. I put the menu up to hide my face from the others and Armin did the same.

"You understand the menu?"

"Not one word."

We put the menu's down and looked over at the two males who, apparently, understood the menu and had decided what they wanted. I smiled sweetly over at Levi and scooted closer to him. He gave me a skeptical look.

"Hey Levi?"

"What now Jeager?"

"You know French right?"

Levi rolled his eyes, "Aren't you taking French II right now, how do you not know what at least some of the menu says?"

"Well you see... I um..."

"Do you like seafood brat?" I nodded, " I'll order for you." I smiled at Levi and thanked him. After a minute or two the waiter came to take our orders. I didn't even bother listening because Erwin, Levi, and the waiter were speaking in French, and the only thing I understood was 'bonjour'.

When the waiter had left I asked Levi what he had ordered me. "I was going to order you Sole Meunière, but I got you Magret de Canard instead." I scrunched my eyebrows and nodded like I knew what he was saying, but in reality I hadn't the slightest idea what he was talking about. After we had talked for a bit, the waiter arrived with our food. Levi got Ratatouille, Erwin got some oyster looking stuff, Armin got what looked like a deep fried fish, and I got some sort of sliced steak.

I poked Levi's arm, still looking at my plate. "What is this? It doesn't taste like cow." Finally looking over at Levi I saw a faint smile at the corners of his lips. "Its duck, Jeager." I made an 'O' shape with my mouth and nodded. "I like it." Smiling like a two year old on Christmas, Levi rolled his eyes. "I knew you would, that's why I ordered it. Now shut up and eat."

From the corner of my eye I could see Erwin smirking, and Armin looking as if he was holding in a laugh. Raising an eyebrow I gave them both a quizzical look. Erwin just smiled and looked away, pouring each of us a glass of wine. He got to my glass and I shook my head.

"Oh no thanks, I don't drink. Actually more like I prefer not to."

"Surely one glass won't hurt?"

Tensly I accepted the glass and took a small sip. To my surprise it was actually really good. "Like it?" I nodded a quick 'yes' and continued to eat.

So there is good news and bad news..... Good news I know who the seme is. Thank you Universal_23Star for helping me with this and for voting on every chapter. Same for Mae_Jeager1 for voting on like every chapter. Ok now bad news, the reason this chapter was short and kind of useless, is because I just realized there is no plot, and I don't know what to write about! So I'm getting writers block 😭😭!! If anyone has any ideas please feel free to dm and I'll of course give you full credit for the idea.

Also I'm starting on another book that I hope will be waaaay better than this one. It's about werewolves this time and not something random. But yeah hope at the very least you enjoyed this chapter.
