Chapter 9. Not again

That's right you guessed it. When I fainted, I woke up in 'head quarters'. I tried to make my way to a main reception, but I couldn't remember where anything was. Also, when I was there, I was only there for a few hours, or, that's what it felt like anyway. The only place I could remember  was the toilets; so i went there. It must of been a good 20 minutes before someone came in. I was in the end cubicle. I then realised I hadn't locked the door. The footsteps became louder and I squeezed into the corner. If I locked the door they would  hear  me for sure, whoever they were. I peeked below the door. "DAMNIT!" I whispered to myself. It was a mans pair of shoes. I was really in trouble now. The man turned the door. "I caught you once before, but alas it wasn't the right mind and soul. But i am not letting you go again. The master will pay a big ransom for you. " Those were the last words I ever heard from him.

Since then I had been in some sort of basement. Completely concrete, with no way of escape. There were no windows, only some old fashioned oil lamps. The 'man' down the stairs and gave me food, breakfast and dinner only. You would think being captured and all, would mean eating bread and water. If you think that you will be heavily surprised. For dinner I regularly got a roast, with everything from chicken to crispy potatoes. If it wasn't roast, it was spaghetti, with a rich tomato sauce. The breakfast was just the same. Full fry ups, or freshly cooked sandwiches. Delish. I have to admit, that the food being a distraction was working. After about 3 months of this prison, he gave me a paper package. It was a rectangular shape, and I asked him if I could shake it. He gave a glimpse of a smile and nodded. He walked out the room and locked the door.
