Its been so freaking long. I cannot believe I'm still dating the love of my life from middle school, and I have no regrets whatsoever. I'm about to graduate college now, oh my lord I'm so freaking happy. But this is either going to be the biggest night of my life, or the most depressing. I asked my sweetheart to dinner tonight at somewhere she loves but I don't really care for, even though I don't care, Casa Maria. I was going to give her the best date ever.
Everything is going PERFECT. She loves the fact that I took her to a Mexican resturaunt even though I hate Mexican. For once a date without little kids running around and no parents or anything. And trust me it was a lot of money too. We ate, we laughed, we talked, oh my gosh it was great, and for the first time ever, I found something Mexican that I actually like! Shockingly Mexican pizza is actually good.
The night started to get later and dark. I was shaking in my seat nervous as hell. I finally manned up and said this, "Alyssa, we've been together for so so long, and I cannot believe we managed to make it this far. It amazes me to think that all of my firsts were with you, and hell, I love you more than anyone else I have ever met, I would take a bullet for you, I'd put a grenade in my mouth for you, I'd set myself on fire for you. And now I'm ready to make sure we never lose that." Right then I pulled out a box, opened it up and got down on one knee and said, "Alyssa Briann *******", will you marry me?"
