SANA'S POV

I dialled mom's number. Thankfully, she answered it quickly.

"Good morning, mom!" I greeted her.

"Good morning, sweetie." She greeted back. "Are you doing fine in your school?"

"Yeah, mom. I'm doing perfectly fine." I said while smiling. It's a relief to talk to mom. "How are you and dad?"

"Dad is in his work." She answered. "Why did you call, by the way?"

"I was picked to be our class' representative for the acquaintance party to be held later." I told her.

"Really?" I heard her gasp. "Do you have any clothes to wear?"

"Yeah, mom." I replied. "Exams will be held some weeks from now. Dad told me that he'll come to get my report card."

"Study hard, princess." She cheered. "We're sorry because we can't visit you during the weekends due to work."

"It's fine, mom." I said. "So, this is goodbye."

"Alright. Good bye, sweetie. Be safe. I love you." I smiled.

"I love you, too." And then I hung up. I got up from bed and fixed it. I combed my hair and took a shower.

"Good morning," I greeted Tae. He's eating breakfast downstairs. He smiled back.

"Come, eat with me." He told me. I sat infront of him and satisfied myself with a sandwich. "Let's go to school together."

"Okay." We continued eating and then we headed to school.

As usual, as soon as we got inside our room, he left me with my friends.

"Where are the others?" I asked Tzuyu who is talking to Kookie.

"They were excused already." She answered.

"This early?" She nodded. I was about to sat beside Tzuyu when I noticed that she and Kookie are too busy talking to each other, so I sat beside Chae.

"Guys!" Nayeon called us. We all looked at her, but I was curious when I saw her red eyes. "T-There's a movie marathon inside the school movie theatre. Who wants to go?" All raised their hands, except for Yoongi because he's asleep. "Alright, p-please fall in line outside and head towards the school movie theatre."

We all stood up, but Nayeon sat on a chair and opened her laptop. I'm worried about her. Her eyes are red, ando so as her nose. Like she cried.

"Sana?" Chae called. I faced her. "Are you okay?"

"Yes." I nodded. I looked at Nayeon for a second and followed the others.

NAYEON'S POV

I looked at Yoongi who is stretching. He just woke up. He roamed his eyes on the room--probably finding where the others went. And then he saw me. He stood up and then left me.

And then my heart is aching again.

My confession didn't go as planned. I thought that he'll be shocked or what. But then again, he's the heartless Min Yoongi. He doesn't care if he's going to hurt somebody.

He entered the room with paperbags in his hand. He placed it on my desk and left me. He sat on his chair and slept again.

I took the paperbag and saw a note on it.

I like you, too. - MYG

I gulped. I looked at Yoongi and he's sleeping now. I don't know what to react.

H-He likes me too?

TZUYU'S POV

I felt Kookie's head on my shoulder. My heart is beating loudly, I'm afraid that he's going to hear it.

"Lub dub," Kookie chuckled. I looked at him and he smiled. "That's your heartbeat I'm hearing, Tzuyu."

"Cover your ears. It's too loud," I told him. I'm too embarassed to let him hear it.

"I want to hear it." Kookie said. He sat properly and held my hand.

"We're inside the school, Kookie." I whispered. "And there are teachers roaming around inside the theatre."

"Ssh," we faced Jin who is sushing us. "Ya, don't be too loud, lovebirds. We're watching!"

"Blame Tzuyu's heartbeat. It's too loud whenever I'm near her." Kookie chuckled. We continued the movie that we are watching.

Train to Busan.

As we were watching, I didn't notice that Kookie was crying already.

"I admire that man's bravery," he said while wiping his tear. He was pertaining to the fat man with his wife. They are indeed a strong couple. "I wish that he didn't get bitten."

After the movie, almost all of my friends cried because of the movie. Especially to the part that the soldiers of Busan were about to kill Suan and Sung-kyung.

"Let's go back, guys. We have to prepare for the party." I told them and we headed to our room.

As we got there, there are no Yoongi nor Nayeon.

"Where are they?" Sana asked. "We left them here, right?"

"It's lunch, guys. They probably went to the school canteen." Chae said.

"Wait, I'll call Yoongi." Jin fished his phone out and called Yoongi. "Ya! Yoongi-ah! Where are you? We'll go there. Okay. See you," Jin ended the call and told us that the two are inside the school cafeteria.

SANA'S POV

"Hi guys!" Momo greeted us as soon as we got inside the school grand hall. We were amazed by Momo's make up. She looks like a sexy vampire.

The school grand hall is three times larger than the movie theatre. All senior high school students can fit in here. The room is fully airconditioned and every door of this room has two guards on the side.

Just like a ballroom.

This is the first time I went here in BYP University and I am not regretting it.

I'm a Japanese--my parents are Japanese, obviously. We moved here in Korea when I was 10 years old because of dad's work. He has some business to finish here and he's not done yet. But as soon as he finishes it, we're going back to Japan.

"Your table is in the middle." Momo lead us to a round table with exactly seven seats. Every table has seven seats. "This is the perfect spot to watch us dance." She chuckled.

"Who will be the emcee?" Jin asked and we all sat down. I'm beside Kookie and he's beside Tzuyu.

"Alumni of the school." She answered. "Taecyeon sunbaenim and Gain sunbaenim."

"Oh? Really?" Chae surprisingly asked.

"Yeah." Momo nodded. "I have to go now, guys. Sana and Jungkook," she pointed me and Kookie. "Be ready. There are tough competitors. And they are arriving now. Gotta go!" She went out of the hall and we were left.

Students from the other classes started arriving. They are looking daebak with their clothes that has a touch of denim because the theme of the acquaintance party has to do with denim.

And then the boys at the canteen started walking. They are shining--with their leader in the middle. I don't know his name, though. But he's beside Junior and Jackson.

"Who are they?" I whispered. Jin, who is beside me, answered my que.

"The one in the middle is JB. Of course you know Jackson and Junior. The other ones are BamBam, Yugyeom, Youngjae and Mark." He introduced. They sat at the table beside us.

"I know Mark. We're friends before." I said. "Who are those?" I pointed five girls.

"That's Irene. The Queen Bee. She's with Wendy, Yeri, Seulgi and Joy. Their group is pretty popular." He answered.

"HEY! HEY! HEY! HEY!" Our faces turned to the stage. The emcees are standing there already. "Who is ready for the party?!" Every one shouted.

"Calm down, everybody." Taecyeon sunbae said. "Sit properly."

"So, you'll be spending the rest of the night with me, Gain," Gain sunbae introduced.

"And me, Taecyeon for the acquaintance party!" Taecyeon sunbae told us. I can't sweep my smile off of my face. I'm in a good mood and no one can ruin it. "Gain, do you notice anything?"

"Uh," she scanned the room. "There are too many well-dressed kids in here, Taec."

"Well then, let's start the pageant!" We all applauded. "Every class has a representative. One girl, one boy. The pair will walk on the stage and show the judges that they have all the criterias they are looking for."

"The judges are no joke. These people are well-known across Korea. They made names in the industry. These three judges are from the three prestigous universities including BYP University." Gain sunbae explained. All were amazed. I became nervous. What if the judges don't like my walk? "Let's introduce the panel of judges."

"She is the CEO of the GG Corporation and one of the owners of TTS Partnership. She is from SM University. Please give a hand for Ms. Kim Taeyeon!" A woman with beautiful features walked towards us. She smiled at us and sat on the judges' table. The judges' table is near our table--almost infront.

"Next judge, he is from YG University. He is part of the Big Bang Cooperative and is very well-known across the globe. Please give him a round of applause. Mr. GD!" A man with crazy outfit came to us and sat beside Ms. Taeyeon.

"Last but not the least, an alumni from BYP University. She just graduated last year and is now making name in the world of showbusiness. Please all welcome, Ms. Bae Suzy!" We all applaused as a pretty woman stood at the stage. She is really pretty. She then sat beside Mr. GD and the pageant started. Me and Jungkook were called and we went to the backstage.

I saw Irene and Junior here in the backstage. They are getting ready. I'm feeling very intimidated right now.

"Guys," Mina came to us. She's really pretty in that denim dress. "These are your cue numbers. Please wear them." She gave us a pin with the number 1. We wore it and then it hit me.

We're the first pair.

I suddenly became nervous. What if I tripped on the stage? What if the judges won't like my walk? What if-

"Ya," I jumped when Kookie placed his hand on my shoulder. "Don't be nervous, Sana. You got this."

"I-I'm nervous." I said with my shivering voice.

"Let's get ready." He smiled which made me think less.

"Please have a big round of applause for the first pair," I heard Taecyeon sunbae. I sighed deeply and went to the stage with a smile on my lips and confidence.

I'm hearing whispers, but those are almost positive. But I heard a negative one which made my heart sink.

"She's probably another plastic doll."

I almost lost my confidence, but I saw Taehyung. He was smiling and cheering for me. He's holding a clipboard--probably it's the attendance. He's looking dashing with his denim jacket.

He is just looking very handsome.

I continued for my walk. Kookie joined me after and we walked to the sides after modelling.

I looked for Taehyung and I succeedingly found him. He was just staring straight at us and walked away.

We waited for the others to finish and we were called after. We all lined up and went back to our table.

"Omo! You two are awesome back there!" Chae greeted us as we sit down.

"It's nervous back there," I told them. "Have you seen Taehyung?" They shook their heads.

"The winners of the pageant will be announced before the party ends." Taecyeon sunbae announced. "But before you guys could party, the waiters will serve you your dinner for tonight."

"And as you were eating, a lovely song from Ms. Park Jihyo will satisfy you as well." Gain sunbae said. The waiters started serving us food and we saw Jihyo on the stage.

She was smiling and she's really pretty with her denim outfit. She"s holding a microphone and the interlude of the song played.

"So, I'm going to sing Fools..." she said and smiled. Even though her smile is light, I cannot really call it a smile. It's a smile of pain she's wearing right now. "...so please do enjoy my song and the food." We all applauded when she started singing.

But we were stopped when Namjoon went to the stage and sang with her. Jihyo's face was stunned. She didn't sing, but Namjoon continued what she's singing.

Well, who wouldn't get stunned if your ex-boyfriend sang with you in public?

Gratefully, Jihyo continued singing. I'm crazy over them. They stared for a little moment and I saw a spark. There's still hope with their relationship.

After their performance, Momo and Hoseok went to the stage. I didn't know that they're going to perform this early.

We almost can't eat because of the connection they have while dancing. I got goosebumps at the end part of the dance. Their dance is a masterpiece.

After eating, we were told to rest before partying. And of course, after resting, we partied. But I looked for Taehyung instead.
