TAE'S POV

"Ya! What are you doing?" Noona asked me when I tried standing up. "You'ee still not okay!"

"I want to have dinner with Sana." I told her.

When my foot touched the floor, it felt like nothing happened. But earlier, I feel like I'm in hell because of the pain.

"You're okay now?" She shockingly asked. I am shocked too that my leg is okay now. Maybe it just cramped earlier.

"M-Maybe," I took a step and it's really okay now. But before going to Sana's room, I opened my bag and took a delivery card. I dialled the number and ordered pizza for the both of us. After ordering, I continued on walking towards Sana's room, but Noona asked me something before I leave her.

"Tae," I faced her before exiting the room. "Do you love her?"

"Yes." I answered without hesitations. "It might look or sound wrong that I already love her because we've only known each other for four months, but yes. I love her."

"Ah..." she whispered something but I didn't hear it.

I knocked on Sana's door and waited for it to open. When she opened it, I saw her eyebrows crossed. Is she in the mood?

"What are you doing here? You should be inside your room and resting." She squatted and touched my leg to check. "Is your leg okay now?"

"I-It just cramped earlier." I told her. She stood up and looked at me. "Let's have dinner."

"And you'll leave me again after dinner?" She frankly said. I froze. I felt very shameful when she said those words. I don't want to say the real reason why I leave her after dinner because I am sure that she will force me to stop working.

She sighed, "Come in." I entered her room. Her room is very neat. It's like she's waiting for a visitor to come. "I will order food--"

"I already dialled the pizza house." I cutted her. She put her phone inside her pocket and we sat on the two-seater dining table. She made her parents buy it for her since we always eat dinner here.

"Sana--" and then someone knocked. I was about to stand up, but she insisted. She opened the door and took the delivery. She paid for it. And hurted my pride. I hate it when things like these happen. She has to pay for something that I should be the one that should pay that. It's like she's slapping the reality to me. That I can't afford things like her. Because she's rich and I am not.

She placed the boxes on the table and went to her mini fridge. She took two Coke bottles there. My favorite beverage. And then she came back and placed it on the table. She sat infront of me and started eating.

"I-I'm sorry, Sana." Was all that I could say. I know that it's not enough for all of the troubles I've caused, but still I wanted to say sorry. If I will explain, she would force me to stop. And I can't. Even though that she will say that it's fine with her if we will not eat dinner every night or go to date every weekends. But for me, it's not okay.

"Did you realize how worried I am after you leave me?" She looked at me. She looks mad. This is the first time I've seen her that way. "I am so worried, Tae. I don't have any idea where do you go every night. I am worried that you might get into fights or even accidents and I can't afford to lose someone like you. Where do you go, Tae? Can you please atleast tell me where?"

I didn't answer. I can't answer her question.

"Let me be, Sana." I told her. "I am sorry if I can't answer your question. You can't understand it."

"I-I'm sorry." I stood up and hugged her on her back. I suddenly heard her sobs. "I'm really sorry." I whispered and burried my face to her neck.

"I-I'm just worried, Tae." You told me. I escaped from my hug and went infront of her. I squatted and cupped her face.

"I will be perfectly fine." I whispered. "I will always come back to you in one piece."

"I-I sorry, I'm just really worried. I'm scared of the things that might happen to you." I smiled.

"I will not leave you tonight." I told her. "Let's have a movie marathon tonight."

She shook her head which made me confused. What does she mean?

"Y-You may go." I am surprised. "I will let you go wherever you want, just promise me that I'll see you tomorrow."

"Promise."

SANA'S POV

"Eonnie," I knocked on Tae's door. I know that he's not inside there because of course, I let him leave me. "Please open up."

"You're going to sleep here?" She asked me as soon as she opened the door. I nodded and she let me in.

I placed the sleeping mat on the floor, beside Tae's bed.

"You're going to sleep already?" I asked her and she nodded in reply. "Why? It's too early."

"I have a job interview for tomorrow." She smiled. "It's embarrassing if I just came here to share Tae's room and needs."

"Drinkung milk before going to bed helps you to sleep comfortably." I told her. She sat on the bed and readied herself to sleep.

"Tae doesn't have milk--"

"I'll get some."

"You don't have to--" I rushed towards my room and opened a milk box. I poured the milk into the glass and came back to Tae's sister.

"You really don't have to, you know." She said. I handed her the milk and she drank it. She gave it back afterwards. "You're so kind."

"It's nothing." I smiled. I came back to my room and washed the glass. I placed it on the table before leaving. I went to Tae's room and when I came back, Tae's sister is already sleeping. That fast?

Well, that's abnormally fast.

Before going to sleep, I looked around Tae's room first. It's been a long time since I entered here.

I opened cabinets and took a look at picture frames. Small Taehyung is so cute.

When I opened his cabinet, my mouth was left open. He has so many clothes!

But I realized that those clothes aren't his. There are tags. Some tags says that it's for Taejeong, for his grandparents and for his mom. He's such a family-oriented guy. He could make a great husband.

My husband?

Agh, Sana! Shrug off those thoughts! As if that will happen. Which may not. But it could happen, right? Hehehe

I came back to the sleeping mat and tried to sleep. But I sae something under Tae's bed. I reached for it.

It's a piggy bank!

And it has a label!

For Sana's birthday 🎂

Wait...what?

He's earning money for my birthday? That's too much. He doesn't have to do that. Spending my day with him would be the best present ever.

I placed it back and went to sleep.

I sat on the bed--

Wait. How did I get on the bed? Seriously?

The rays of the sunshine made me realize that's it's already morning! It's also Momo's birthday!

Wait, it's already morning, right? Then Tae is here already!

I jumped out of bed and looked for him inside his room. But he's nowhere to be found. I even checked the comfort room, to check if he was there, but he's not.

I also checked my room, but he's also not there! Where could he be? I am starting to get scared of the possible things that might happen.

And suddenly, I saw a yellow sticky note on Tae's room.

Sana, Tae is in the hospital

I rushed towards my room to get a jacket and went downstairs.

"Ahjumma!" I called the caretaker.

"Sana? Why are you rushing?" She asked me.

"May I borrow a bike? I need to get to Tae!"

"Sure." I rode the bike and then went off.

As soon as I entered the hospital, I asked the nurse where Tae's room is.

"M107. 3rd floor. Left wing."

"Thank you." I rushed towards Tae's room. I am really worried about his condition right now.

What about his promise? He promised me that I will see him in the morning.
