Sebastian hadnt slept well last night and had decided to head to his office early to get some more paperwork done.
Plus he was excited about seeing his first client mr st james.

He was tired but excited at the same time this was what he had dreamed of all through law school. Working for himself not his father.

At ten am quinn knocked on the door of his office and let mr st james in then she hovered by the door.

" thank you quinn that will be all" Sebastian said and she left  the room.

" im mr smythe please have a seat" Sebastian said

" thank you mr smythe nice to meet you" mr st james said

" so what can i do for you" Sebastian asked

" its rather an unusual thing mr smythe but please call me jesse" he said

" whatever it is i will try yo help" Sebastian said

"Its about hunter clarington" jesse said Sebastian looked at him then passed him to the door.

"Could you give me one moment " Sebastian said picking up several letters that needed posting.

He walked out of his office and saw quinn sat at her desk looking on edge had she been listenig at the door he wondered.

" quinn i need these posting lease take them to the post office" Sebastian said she looke reluctant but got up and took them from him.

He headed back into his office.

" sorry about that" Sebastian said

"Quite alright mr smythe " jesse said

"So you were saying your being here is because of hunter clarington" Sebastian asked

"Yes im guessing with your tone you have met him" jesse said

" yes" Sebastian said

" i am a doctor iknew hunter before he came here" jesse said

" is this a malpractice case" Sebastian asked

" no although maybe in some ways" jesse said

" im confused" Sebastian said

" i met him at medical school" jesse said

"What was he like back then" Sebastian asked

" mr smythe he wasnt a fellow medical student he was a patient at the hospital i did my work experience at" jesse said Sebastian didnt say anything for a few minutes he couldn't believe what he had just heard.

"He isnt a doctor" Sebastian asked

"Nope he isnt my aunt frida lives in lima not far from here she was sick a while back and as i was in denver i couldn't help but i looked into local clinics for her and that is when i discovered hunter was working as a doctor" jesse said

" we have to stop him immediately he could kill someone if he doesnt know what he is doing" Sebastian said thinking of rachel and that package of medicines.

" he has doctors working for him  he mainly dicates from what i can gather" jesse said

" why was he a patient " Sebastian asked

" ptsd he was in the us army he witnessed is best friend die he hadnt been the same since" jesse said

" he cant pretend to be a doctor if he isnt qualified " Sebastian said

" i agree the problem is the clinic was set up with his own money and that beens he owns it there is nothing illegal about owning it. We need proof that he is treating patients at the clinic" jesse said Sebastian nodded.

" we need to get someone to pretend to be a patient " Sebastian said

" naturally he knows me so i cant but i do know someone who would be willing miss mercedes jones sheis an aspiring actress she would happily do it for a small fee of course" jesse said

"Good arrange it" Sebastian said jesse stood up.

"How much for the consultation " Jesse asked

"Its free" Sebastian said jesse smiled and Sebastian got up to walk him out.

" is rachel still with him" jesse asked

" yes" Sebastian said

" have you met her" jesse asked

" a couple of times" Sebastian said

" lovely isnt she how she ended up with him i will never know" jesse said before leaving.

Sebastian hoped thad would be in touch soon he was getting more and more worried now.

Quinn arrived back a moment later.

" has your client gone mr smythe" she asked

" yes" Sebastian said

" when will he becoming back" she said walking over to her diary.

" not sure he needs to get more.... paperwork before i can help him" he lied she nodded and seemed to by it.

Sebastian spent a few more hours in his office before deciding to head home his mind was well and truly reeling now.

As he arrived home mr schuester was getting out of his own car.

"Hello" he called to Sebastian.

"Hello" Sebastian replied.

" i see you have your firm up and running now" will said

"Yeah" Sebastian said

" emma and i would like to invite you to dinner next week to welcome you to westerville properly" will said

" that will be great thank you" Sebastian said as they both heard a car pull up and stood there watching as hunter got out of his car and marched into the house leaving rachel in his wake.

" there is something not right with them" will said Sebastian didnt say anything but stood wondering if he would ever get to the bottom of it.
