Hello everypony! How's everyone's day? I hope you are all having a wonderful day tonight. Summer is coming soon and I'm pretty excited! Anyways, welcome all everyone. For this chapter, I'll be explaining the plans that I have for this story. I really hope you all will read this through.

Now, I would like to welcome the amazing people who will be joining this story. Having them be apart of this story is a big honor. I would love to welcome: MonarchChaos, Chomper384, MrRibbones, Ruisu5678, FlukeyThunder74, RockyJMoon, and GemStone418.

Now, I am more than happy to accept anyone who would love to join this story. I won't force you though. Just thought this would be fun. Anyways, for the people I mentioned, here is the official character maker bio for your character. Remember, you can just comment your character's information here and links actually works now, so feel free to send a link on how your character looks. Anyways, here it is:

[Character File Maker]:

•Full Name: Please enter your character's full name (First name, Middle name, and Last name) here. Remember, if you want to enter a name for a author insert character of yourself, it can be an entirely fake name, you don't need to put your real name.

•Hero Name: Please comment your hero name for your character. Like this for example: "The Ink Hero: Bendy" or something like that. Depending on what your character's supernatural ability is, their hero name must goes with their power.

•Age: For the beginning of this story, your character is either 15 or 16 years old. Because for the plot, the school for heroes that your character will be attending, will accept kids that are 15-16 years old.

•Aliases/Nicknames: Basically what any random character will call your character. For example, your character's name, sweet names, nicknames, insults, etc. Keep it simple.

•Species/Race: Of course, human obviously. However, depending on your supernatural ability, if you happen to have an ability based on a certain animal (ex: wolf, bear, etc) you can have some animal features on your character.

•Gender: I don't care if your character is male, female, femboy, trans, etc. Feel free to write the gender down. Nothing much to say here.

•Sexuality: Again, nothing much to say here. You can put whatever sexuality your character is.

•Looks: Either send a link here to show me an image on how your character looks like, or just make an oc book with all the details I need for your oc.

•Hero Costume: Send a link here or add the image in your oc book maker. You can multiple outfits if you want your character to have different upgraded outfits as the story progresses forward.

•Personality: Basically, any personality you want for your character. I don't care if they perverted, rude, or whatever. And remember, if their personality is bad, remember people...there is a thing called Character Development. (Yeah, I'm a bit salty to people who commented on my old HSDXD x Saiyan oc). Remember to keep it simple, no need a full on detailed paragraph. Saves you and me the trouble.

Likes: Just keep it simple. Just write down the stuff on what your character likes. Keep it simple.

Dislikes: The same with the likes. Just write down what your character hates or/and can't stand stuff. Again, keep it simple.

•Abilities/Skills: Basically regular human-like skills that your character will have. For example: Stamina, parkour, strength, speed, agility, etc. Please remember to write some details to these skills that your character has. Thanks.

•Supernatural Ability: Alright! Here, please enter what type of superpower that your character has. Please remember I don't want overpowered abilities and I have the right to straight up tell you choose again, in other words, I have the right to reject your character's power. I want the name of your ability and the information of that ability. Also yes, images of how the ability looks like or whatever is allowed, so feel free to send the link if ya want or put the image in an oc book. Also, I want the information of your character's superpower drawbacks and I want you to add some skills you can actually do with your superpower. Remember, only a few since this is the beginning of the Season before you learn more skills.

•Ability Rank: Considering that this will be the beginning of the story, you can only choose to have your ability rank from Rank C to Rank F. This will be explained more down below.

•Love Interest(s): Considering that I made this story with so many characters and other people joining as well, having a harem will break my insanity that I might cry if the pressure gets too much. So, for my mental health, you can either have one lover to 2. Having 2 lovers is the max. I don't care who is your character's lover...but I have the right to tell you no to certain characters if you want to add. Also, if you're gonna add them. You have the right to either let them have powers or not.

•Backstory: Remember, your character's backstory doesn't need to be too big. Just add enough to your character and leave the rest to me as I might add more info for your character.

Oh man, I'm getting a bit of a headache for this announcement chapter...but let's move on.

[Ability Rank]: Now, you all must be wondering..."What the heck is an ability rank?". Well, I'll tell you, but first I have to tell you...that trying to explain this on paper, drained me and irritated me to no end. This was the hardest part of trying to explain this stuff. So, in other words, Ability Ranks are basically classes for your powers. The effectiveness, the power-level or something like that. I apologize, but this is getting very hard to explain as I can't think of anything, but I'll try my best. First off, the ranking system goes from: Rank ???, Rank SS, Rank S+, Rank S, Rank S-, Rank A+, Rank A, Rank A-, Rank B+, Rank B, Rank B-, Rank C+, Rank C, Rank C-, Rank D+, Rank D, Rank D-, and Rank F. Having Rank SS the strongest power ranking system and Rank F the weakest. In other words, the ranking system chooses for you if either your power means to be the greatest or very pathetic. That all comes down to Powerpoints (Or in other words, just a power level chart for your powers).

Basically how this works is that a machine takes a sample of your character's blood and the highest number you get the better the rank is. Just think of it like the quirks in My Hero Academia, where your quirk is powerful when manifest or completely weak and stupid. However, don't let this ranking system fool you as there is a possibility to improve your ability rank by training and getting your supernatural ability more powerful, however it takes a very long time to level up to the next rank, so it's not easy. Besides in this story, your character needs to either have his/her ability rank start at Rank C or lower. The ranking system can be very unfair.

Alright, let's move on before I get more of a headache. Here are some other stuff that I want you all to know.

[Hero/Class Ranks]: For the Hero Rank or Class Rank, I'll have it similar to the One Punch Man class rank hero system. (From Class S to Class D Heroes.)

[Roomates]: Apparently for this story, your characters will be living at the school, basically in dorms. These dorms will be mixed, having both female and male sleeping in the same room. (Stop it, no funny business). This idea was inspired by the animated series of RWBY, which I never bothered to watch. So, I'm thinking of having a total of 6 characters (either boy or girl) be in the same room.

[Villian Ranks]: Nothing muchnto say here, other than the Villian ranking system is literally the same as the Hero ranking system.

[Danger Beasts Threat Level]: In short, I'll have the threat level list the same as the monsters from One Punch Man. Here is an example from this image below. Basically Wolf level to God level.

[Crossover powers?]: Now, considering I'm making this story where this world is literally full of super-powered people, of course I'm gonna add this. So yes, your character can have any power from any anime or game crossover you can think of. However, I'll have the right to refuse that certain power you want. Apologies, but it's gonna happen. Also, I don't want your character to have a overpowered ability...not gonna happen, so if I think it's gonna be overpowered, the anwser is a straight up no. No very overpowered abilities allowed here. The images below are examples of crossover powers.

[Weapons]: Yes!! Weapons are allowed for your character to have! However, these special weapons are for using against the Danger Beasts as they are pretty powerful and most supernatural abilities can't do anything against them. However, you can have just any regular guns or/and melee weapons. You need to gave these special sci-fi type weapons (Example of image below). These weapons are crafted from dead Danger Beasts that has special items to use to craft weapons. If ya want a weapon for your character, just send a link or add the image to your oc maker book. Also, please don't overdo it with having so many weapons....just a few...or less, please?

[Multiple powers]: I'll keep this short. NO, you can't have multiple powers! Only 2 types of powers are the max and it's incredibly rare to have more than one ability. However, if you plan to make multiple characters for this story, you can only choose one of your character to have more than one power. Remember, 2 is the max!

[Transformations]: Well, for transformations, it depends on the supernatural ability that your character has. Like for example, if you have a wolf like ability, you can transform into werewolf. However, if your character does have a form, please give the details of said form. What does form increase? Does it increase speee, power, durability? What's the weakness/drawbacks and how long can said form last?

[Danger Beasts]: I'll keep this short as I can. Danger Beasts are monsters who only knows how to destroy and yes, most of them even eat humans. Most danger beasts aren't exactly smart, as others are actually are. Some of these monsters are powerhouses on their own while most are weak, but powerful in groups. These monsters even comes in different shapes and sizes. These danger beasts has items/material, to make some special weapons to help slay them. For example on what these danger beasts will look like, here are some images below.

I really gotta be careful with these images...since Wattpad is being ungrateful. Anyways, here's a little info for danger beasts, almost 80% of them don't wander into giant populated cities as these monsters only lives in forests, rocky canons, very open areas, etc. However, gigantic demon level monsters and above do go into cities, but many heroes always deal with them before chaos and destruction can increase any further.

[Keeping weapons hidden]: Well, technically, this is a last minute change, but I've decided to keep weapons hidden with you at all times instead of carrying it all the time, you can transform the weapon into a bracelet the size of a watch. That way it can easier to carry around. Think about it like magic. The image below will how the bracelet will look like. Think of it as a default look for the bracelet....as I'll let you customize the bracelet to your liking, since I know you aren't gonna like it. If you want to have your character's bracelet to be different, just send a link in the comments below or add in your oc maker book.

Also, if you decided to have 2 different weapons or the same one, of course you are gonna have double the bracelet.

[No Copying Powers]: I'm sorry, but you are not allowed to copy the same powers other oc's have. Well, actually it's a 50/50 chance that I'll allow you to have the same power as the other character or not. For example, you are not allowed to copy the powers of Kiyomi(Me), sorry but you can't. Please don't be upset about it.

[Class Courses]: Of course there's gonna be different classes for students who'll be attending All-Star Academy. So, basically, I'll be taking the class courses from the My Hero Academia world. So, they'll be the hero class, support class, the general education class, and management. Nothing much to say here as this Academy will still have students be taught about math, science, english, history, etc.

[School Uniforms]: Nothing much to say here but, of course I'll have the students wear school uniforms when attending All-Star Academy. Here is the image down below for both male and female. Ignore the badges please.

That's pretty much all I have to say for this story. Like I said before, planning for this story gave me nothing but a headache and my sanity has been a bit shattered. The frustration....y'know?
