My one-shot work "The Hoof of Providence" won 1st Place in the "Short Story" category in "The Victory Awards" last week! I'm so excited! XD

I'm a laid-back person. Winning isn't necessary for me. I am more interested in the fun of competing with my fellow writers. But I can't help but admit that winning something really brightens my day -- occasionally, that is. It makes the hard work all the more tangible. 

mffranna1 was the host of "The Victory Awards" ( thevictoryawards ). She did an amazing job and everyone was so nice and the awards ran smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, friend, for taking the time and energy out of your life to hosting this contest! I hope you have an amazing year! ^_^
