I was VERY suspicious of this being a hacked Pokemon since ROAR OF TIME is Dialga's SIGNATURE MOVE and those ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IVS, but its summary had a classic ribbon and it said to be a fateful encounter that came AAAALLL the way from Sinnoh--
