Lola followed Monica and Sarah to the airport, she couldn't tag along because she's busy and have a court case.

"I'm going to miss the both of you"Lola said and Sarah chuckled. Monica just look at her. Lola noticed she's not in a good mood

"What's wrong with you?"Lola asked

"Nothing"Monica replied with hoarse voice. It doesn't take a soothsayer to tell she had been crying

"There's something Monica. You don't want to go back home?"Lola asked and Monica got irritated,her mood wasn't helping either

"Will you just mind your business!"Monica shouted at her. She realised what she had done immediately "I'm.... I'm so.. sorry..."she stammered

"It's okay"Lola said hugging her "tell me about it when you come back"Lola whispered in her ear and she nodded trying to blink away the heavy threatening tears. She knew better than to cry in a crowded place like this.

They went inside the plane when it was time for them to,Lola waved them goodbye and as the sweet boyfriend Joel is. He came to pick her up but wasn't able to greet Monica and Sarah,he came down straight from work a little late

Monica was moody in the plane and Sarah could see the energy she's giving off is not something good.

"What's wrong with you?"she asked

"Nothing"Monica replied placing her head on the headrest closing her eyes. Sarah decided to let it be,if her best friend couldn't get her talking,who is she the annoying sister

Forty five minutes later of silence. Sarah's phone lit up a message notification displaying at the head of her phone

What's up Sarah? Please do you know where your sister is. I have an assignment to submit and I have to do it now,today is the deadline

Daniel sent to Sarah

On her way to lagos. what's up with you?,you didn't reply my WhatsApp message yesterday 😢

Sarah sent

I'm sorry Sarah. I was so occupied,I will make it up to you

Daniel sent and Sarah smile. Maybe this is the right time to take it to another level

Okay then. I'm on my way to lagos with my sister,you will fulfill your promise when I come back😉

Daniel sent and Sarah's stomach flipped. She felt so happy and giddy. This is the first time Daniel is calling her beautiful,this is the first time he does something close to flirting and she felt like she could die out of happiness

The plane landing on earth again,Sarah and Monica came down from the plane with their bags. They went out of the airport to meet the last person they expected to see

"Raphael!"Sarah yelled and went over to hug him. Raphael laughed and pick her up from the floor, he always see her as his big little sister

"Sahsah! You're looking more beautiful"Raphael said and Sarah frowned

"Don't call me that name again,I'm not a baby anymore"Sarah said pouting and Raphael bursted into laughter

"But you're still my baby sister"Raphael said and Sarah huffed. Her eyes fell on the dark handsome guy beside her elder brother

"Jide!"she said and went over to hug him

"Biggie what's up?"Jide asked in his British accent. Sarah rolled her eyes,she can't believe Jide haven't stopped calling her Biggie. She was very fat when she was a child hence the cause of the name

"Monica!"Jide said slightly bending to greet Monica. Monica smiled and went over to embrace him in an hug,it's been long she set her eyes on Jide

"So you came back to Nigeria and didn't even bother to call me"Monica asked giving him a playful glare. Jide chuckled

"I'm sorry Moni. I have been busy"Jide said and Raphael look between them

"Me Raph, Sarah Biggie now Monica is Moni. What have Britain done to my cousin brother?"Raphael said elbowing Jide. They all bursted into laughter.

"Who is the owner of this car?"Sarah asked looking at the car in awe. Raphael chuckled

"Your big brother just bought a car"Raphael said proudly. "You think I just came to pick you up. I'm here to flaunt my car baby!"Raphael added and they all bursted into laughter

"I was shocked seeing you though. Congratulations smallie"Monica said hugging Raphael who frowned

"Who is small?"Raphael asked giving himself a once over. Raphael is fair in complexion,tall and handsome. He also have Monica and Sarah's eyes. The four siblings including Christian have big eyes. They all took it from their mom

"You're still my smallie lil bro"Monica joked and Raphael huffed walking over to his car. Sarah giggled at his annoyance and they packed inside the car.

One hour twenty three minutes later they arrived at their compound. Monica suddenly feel nostalgic missing home,she never knew she's going to miss her home the way she does right now. She could hear everywhere busy like the way she left it. The children playing around the compound

"Sis Monica! Sis Sarah!"they heard the little children shout rushing over to them. They all ran to hug them

"See my children!"Monica cooed "Boluwatife! Wow! See as you grew big in few months"

"Monica!"she heard her mom's voice and look up to see her mom. She smiled immediately tears nearly escaping her eyes,she miss her mother so much

"Maami!"she says and went over to embrace her mom in a tight hug "mummy I miss you"she said teary

"I miss you too"her mom said and she broke the hug to see aunt Miriam standing

"Anty!"she said and went over to hug her

"You are looking good"Aunt Miriam said and she smiled "how's Omolola?"

"She's doing very well" Monica replied and saw aunt Victoria coming out of the house yawning

"You guys are back already?"Aunt Victoria asked and went over to hug Monica "you I miss most"she said and Monica bursted into laughter

"Jide came and you didn't even bother telling him to call me. Jide that abandoned us in Nigeria for nine years"Monica said and aunt Victoria chuckled

"It's his service,please no vex"aunt Victoria said and she waved it off. Tolani and Julliane came out of the house

"Sis Monica!"Julliane said rushing over to hug Monica while Tolani went over to hug Sarah

"Julie Julie! I miss you o"Monica joked and Julliane frown

"You that didn't ask of me. You didn't even bother calling"Julliane said. Julliane is Jude's younger sister,she's dark in complexion just like Jide

"I'm sorry. How's the strike?"Monica asked. Julliane is currently schooling at university of Lagos presently in two hundred level studying nursing science

"Any day they want us to resume jor. I have start learning catering services"Julliane said and Monica nodded

"Let me go and greet daddy"she said and step into the house.

She met her dad busy talking to her elder brother Christian.

"My dear!"her father said as soon as his eyes landed on her. Monica went over immediately kneeling down to greet her father "you look good. How's Abuja?"

"Very okay dad"she said and had small chitchat with her dad. She exchange greetings with her elder brother and they talked a little about the lady that made them all come over. Monica tease him about the fact he said he wouldn't get married till he is thirty five. Everyone laughed at that.

The sun rise and the family woke up everyone with their own chores,Monica tried her best to look happy even though she was dying inside. She had cried the previous night at the house balcony before going to bed. She hate the fact she misses him after everything he had done.

"Monica!"she heard her name and stopped dusting her father's room turning around to see Aunt Victoria standing. She was wearing a black short that matched Monica's, and a pink round neck top while Monica wore a white singlet

"Yes anty!"she replied dropping the towel she's holding.

"Sit down"her aunt said and she sat confused about what's going on

"What's wrong with you?"Aunt Victoria asked in a very caring voice

"I'm perfectly fine ma"she replied and Aunt Victoria tsk at the fact she's lying

"Don't lie to me Monica. I saw you crying last night at the balcony. What's wrong with you?"Aunt Victoria asked again and she became tongue tied "you know you can always trust me"she nodded at this. Aunt Victoria have been her confidant in the past

"It's complicated"Monica replied fidgeting with the hem of her singlet

"There's this student of mine. His name is Daniel and one thing or the other led,we started having some romance relationship...."Monica narrated the whole story of what happened to Aunt Victoria in tears. Aunt Victoria was quiet throughout listening to what she's saying

"Hmm. This is bad"Aunt Victoria said shaking her head "it's obvious you are in love with this guy"

"I don't love him. I just like him"Monica said sniffing

"I will just give you a piece of advice from my own life. You know in real sense I'm not meant to be living with your dad neither do Miriam, but situation calls. I told you before how I met Jide's father at a very young age, he got me pregnant and left me to fend for myself at the age of fifteen. My mom was alive then and took me in,I gave birth to Jide without his help. A year later I met Julliane's father who married me and I moved to his house with Jide. I gave birth to Julliane and he started beating me,Korede your father have to take me away from him,that was the first time I started living with you. Few years later I met Boluwatife's father and started dating him,Jide's father came back and claimed him, he took him away from me to meet his sister in Britain,I never saw my son after then. I discovered I was pregnant of Boluwatife, your dad was so angry at my recklessness,I got angry and packed out to live with Boluwatife's dad who was worst than Julliane's father. He almost killed me and Korede came back to take me from there, I apologize for my wrong and that's how I have been living with you up till date. The truth about my story is I have your dad to lean on. He had always been a caring elder brother but if you fall into my situation,who are you going to lean on? Don't give any man the power to lead you astray, they're much around nowadays"Aunt Victoria said and Monica let the words sink

"Don't let someone like him cause any distraction for you. What is yours will stay,what is not yours will never stay. Don't do anything you will end up regretting cause right now I regret meeting the three men I met in my life. Little things like this can destroy someone's future,this is not an healthy relationship at all. I wouldn't advice you to go for it"Aunt Victoria said

"What do you advice me to do?"Monica asked

"He's your student and you're his lecturer. Let the relationship end at that, I mean let the relationship end at that"Aunt Victoria repeated holding her right ear "don't let anyone give you negativity Monica you're too good for it. He doesn't worth it"Aunt Victoria said and Monica went over to hug her crying on her arms

"Thank you so much anty! I really needed someone to talk to"Monica said and aunt Victoria smiled
