Synopsis :
Long time ago the brothers ultraman rosso and blue protect the univeserse but they lose to lugosite to protect earth, they fall and teir boddy destroyed on earth, in the modren time sayo hikawa and her twin sister hina hikawa who had  peaceful life come to and end because they were chose to the next ultraman rosso and blue, how this twin sisters will face their destiny and can they fulfill the wish of previous ultraman to defeat lugosite and protect the earth.
