1581 AD.

Lucas' life changed in the blink of an eye. He had been the son of a hard working family, farmers enjoying the simple life. The seventeen old boy had only worried about whether he'd be able to pay the tax collectors and how much they would demand this time.

He watched as his parents and three siblings were strapped to the pyre, how the town danced around his family as they cried in anguish before the crazed town people realized they were one witch short.

Now Lucas had to flee for his life, surviving the bitter cold nights and the dangers of the world by day. Dodging witch hunters, muggers and thugs alike, Lucas had to accept the fact that he was bron, bred and labled as a witch.
