Original character is from RWBY. The info listed below is how the character is in my story, not exactly how she is in the show.

Gender: Female

Height: 4'6"

Apperance: her size and thin fram almost gives her a childlike appearance. She's got long part brown part pink hair with dashes of white/cream on the pink side. Her whole theme resembles Neapolitan icecream.

Eyes: Change color, combinations of brown, pink, and pale (Both pale activates "scary Neo")

Weapon: a pink umbrella that has a lacey appearance. Though it looks fragile it is quite steong and is shown that it can take multiple blasts from Yang's gauntlets without damage. There is a blade hidden in its handle.

Fighting Style: Uses umbrella to block most attacks, as well as using it to jab. Her attacks mainly consist of high powered kicks and acrobatic flips. She seems to only take out the blade to kill.

Semblance: illusions

Jobs: Henchman for hire. Currently employed under Roman Torchwick.

Personality: Quiet but not shy. She is often seen with a smirk. Confident in battle and seems to toy with her opponents, though she doesn't enjoy being cruel. She would never admit it, but she cares for a few people that she has worked with in the past, and also owns many *life-debts. She has created almost a split personality inside herself, referred to as "Scary Neo". While she doesn't black out or doesn't not know what she is doing, she is not in complete control of herself and even enjoys the defeat and killing of her victims. You can tell that "Scary Neo" has been activated if both of Neo's eyes are pale.

History: Neo's parents were murdered. With no one to look after her she grew up on the streets. She was found by Nicholas Sleepslicer, a retired henchman. He trained her in his trade, helped her get revenge for her parents' deaths, and also helped her to create "Scary Neo". He was seemingly killed shortly after Neo completed her training by an assassins for hire.

* Life-debt: when you save the life of a fellow thief/henchman, they owe you the equivalent of their life, and must be paid back no matter what. It can be paid back by doing certain favors, turning against their current roller if necessary, even giving their own lives. It is the the most powerful kind of debt a someone in their trade can hold. Breaking a life-debt would ruin their career, maybe even getting them hunted down and killed.
