Hey guys, a few hours ago I made a post about the Paramore drama and how I felt, but it's gone now. I didn't delete it, I don't know what happened, regardless I'm just gonna repost a short summary.

So, it turns out that the silence from the band is because the band and label can't speak right now, because Jeremy is suing them. Apparently there's this company that actually owns the Paramore brand, which Hayley is the CEO of, and she gets paid like a CEO and the boys get paid by the company as employees, however, she does put part of her earnings in their checks. The articles all say that Jeremy was sued by the company in February because he was demanding money, on the grounds that he and Hayley agreed to run the company as partners back in 2008, and because of that he not only deserved to get royalties, but money from future Paramore endeavors, even without him. And he counter-sued on Friday (March 4th 2016), insisting that he and Hayley had made that agreement and he deserved to get money, more specifically the same amount that Hayley is paid. Here in America when you're going through legal issues, it is illegal to discuss the issues publicly before a decision is made by the court, so at least we know they weren't silent because they don't care about fans, they really can't talk about it because it's illegal right now. 

I was surprised to find out that this whole thing was about money, and that Hayley had been running this company at least since 2007, maybe even earlier. It seems so out of character of the Hayley and Jeremy we've come to know as fans. We know them as best friends, Jeremy as a sweet guy, and Hayley as a sweet person as well. So, when you find out that she's been hiding this company, and he just wants money (to the point where he'd sue his best friends), it seems kind of unbelievable because it seems so out of character for them. Apparently another part of it is that Hayley is the only one signed to Atlantic, and that was reason for the company in the first place, because she's the only one who would get paid by the label, but she wanted to make sure the guys were paid too. Which I think it's weird, because when Josh and Zac pointed the Atlantic/Hayley thing out, Jeremy said it was useless information that the fans didn't need to worry about anyways, but now he's using it in his lawsuit.

And lastly, I've decided that this will be my last month as a writer here on wattpad. I couldn't continue to write if Paramore broke up, and it's all up in the air right now, I would just be too devastated. So, while they're still together, I've decided to stop writing. Quit while I'm ahead, is the expression I guess. I do still love Paramore, they have inspired me so much. And I love all of you too, your support means the world to me. So I'm taking down my newest story, and continuing NIK and Puzzle Piece, and that'll be it. Thank you for supporting me the past year and a half, I love you guys. - H
