So, I get very easily frustrated, and when I get frustrated I tend to cry. It's not my favorite thing about myself. So, yeah, we were working in something in class and I just got overwhelmed and started to cry, then I started to think, so I broke down completely. I really can't express the amount of shame and embarrassment I had, because I knew everyone was staring. I hate myself so much for getting emotional, it's probably the one thing I'd change about myself if I could. I'm trying really hard to pull myself together guys, but I don't think it's working - H
