*sigh* I've beaten this topic to death.....

I know people are sick of talking about this, and about me talking about this, because it seems to be the only thing I talk about. Really, I just keep having to clarify my position.

Hayley getting married.

1.) I was shocked when she first got engaged, I don't really care all that much anymore.

2.) I'm not some "psycho fan" who just hates Chad and doesn't want them to get married.

In regards to the first one, I don't really care at this point, they're probably getting married in the next month or so, which is cool for them go be happy, but I don't really care. 

The second one, I have people tell me; "well you just hate Chad", "you don't want Hayley to be happy", "you're just obsessed with Tayley and Haylex and all that stuff",  but that's not true. As I stated, I give less of a fuck about what they do in their personal lives anymore. As a Paramore fan, I'm hanging on by a thread, I'm so disappointed that they have kept us in the dark so long.

And don't get me wrong I'm concerned a bit, as a fan, as a person in general. Chad tried to be married a few years ago, and that didn't exactly work out, so what happens if it doesn't work out again? We, as fans, certainly don't wanna see anyone get hurt. And maybe you think being concerned is overstepping boundaries, and that's your opinion. 

And I'm concerned with the community. The second they got engaged a bunch of people left. Just left. So I know for a fact that the second she announces that they're married that a bunch of writers are going to delete their accounts, probably more than when she got engaged. My question is: why is Hayley so special? She's not the only person people wrote about who's in a relationship. Alex from ATL is engaged, but there's no shortage of Jalex fics. Jermy was married for 4 years and people still wrote Jerley and Teremy fics about him. A lot of  people complain that Hayley is on a platform way above her band and she gets special treatment and all this stuff, and a lot of those same people have since deleted their accounts just because she got engaged. You're putting her on that platform, and giving her special treatment. You care so much about Hayley's feelings that you'll stop writing, but it's okay to write about anybody else. 

Please keep in mind, I'm not trying to attack anyone here, I love all of you guys, to me we're like one big family of sisters (and some brothers). But I'm sick of people coming at me for my stance, and I'm sick of people putting Hayley up high and then complaining about it. I'm gonna be here after February 2016, and I can only hope you guys will be too. And a lot of people write about her engagement, so if she gets married, do the same thing! Write about them being happy, maybe write a plot about an affair, or a plot about them getting divorced but falling in love again, just something! Don't let it kill your creativity! You are all too damn talented to up and leave because somebody did something you had no control over.

I admit, I used to be a crazy fan that was like, "omg Tayley for life", and I got over that because I realized that having an emotional connection to the actions of a person who probably has no idea I even exist was crazy! I should have no emotional ties to this at all, it's not my business, and she really loves the guy, and I get all of that now. Being so emotionally invested in Hayley's business is crazy guys, don't do it, it'll just be traumatizing for you if you do.
