After passing the Final Exams, Aerrow and Piper exited a plane that took them to I-Island. Upon exiting the plane, Piper was stunned at the sight.

Piper: Wow! I can't believe we're on I-Island!

Aerrow: Believe it Piper! Now's let's see the time....

Aerrow then checks his watch.

Aerrow: Looks like we got plenty of time before the Expo starts. How about we explore for a bit? Get a layout of the land.

Piper: That sounds like a good idea! 

After leaving the airport, Aerrow and Piper began exploring the Island. As they do, they saw the Central Tower in the distance. Both were in awe of the sheer size of the tower. As they continue to explore, they see a familiar face.

Piper: Isn't that Midoriya? 

Aerrow: Yeah it is. Let's say hi! 

Aerrow and Piper then walked up to Midoriya who was speaking to a blond haired young woman. 

Piper: Hey Midoriya! 

Midoriya: Piper?! Aerrow?! What are you doing here?

Aerrow: Piper and I got invited to the Expo because of our fights in the Sports Festival. We were able to get Finn and Junko to join, but they were put on a different flight. 

Piper: Who's your friend Midoriya?

Melissa: I'm Melissa Shield! A pleasure to meet you! 

Aerrow: I'm Aerrow and this is Piper!

Upon hearing Melissa's full name, Piper was stunned. 

Piper: Shield?! Like related to Professor David Shield?! World renowned Support Item Developer and head scientist of I-Island?!

Melissa: Yep! He's my Papa!

But As Melissa elaborated, Finn and Junko met up with Aerrow and Piper. Finn was holding a briefcase. 

Junko: Hey there guys! Sorry we're late!

Finn: Man that flight was brutal! I thought I was......

Finn then begins eyeing Melissa and was practically drooling over her.

Finn: Why hello there little lady! The name's Finn, but you can call me the Finnmeister! 

Piper: Really Finn? Really? 

Suddenly, something scratches from within the briefcase. While most of the group was confused, Finn frantically opened the briefcase as Radarr rolled out of the briefcase.

Aerrow/Piper: RADARR?! 

Radarr begins angrily chirping at Finn. 

Finn: Hey man I'm sorry! I just lost track of time!

Melissa then picked up Radarr and began hugging him. 

Melissa: Aw he's so adorable!

Midoriya and the Storm Hawks were confused by this. Aerrow soon begins questioning Finn about Radarr.

Aerrow: Uh Finn....how did you get Radarr....

Finn: I hid him in that suitcase. Luckily airport security didn't check.....

Suddenly, Hatsume dragged Stork to the group.

Stork: Hatsume....please....

Hatsume: Hey guys! 

Piper: Stork? Hatsume? I didn't know you two were invited.

Hatsume: I got invited and took Stork as my number two! 

Stork: It's been terrible.....

Hatsume: Aw c'mon Stork! Sorry! Can't stay long! We gotta check out some of the Support Items demonstration! 

Stork: Oh please not again.....

Hatsume then begins dragging Stork away from the group. After that, Melissa recognized the Storm Hawks insignia on Aerrow's jacket.

Melissa: I recognize that symbol! You're a Storm Hawk?!

Aerrow: That's right! Same goes with Piper, Finn, Junko, Stork and Radarr. We're the new Storm Hawks!

Midoriya: Yeah! And Aerrow's dad was the leader of the original Storm Hawks! 

Melissa: That's amazing! I remember hearing about the original Storm Hawks when I was a little girl! Their stories would always thrill me like Uncle Might's!

Junko: Uncle Might? You mean All Might?! All Might's your uncle?!

Melissa: No no no! He's not really my uncle, but because he's so close with my Papa that he's like an uncle to me!

Junko: That's so cool! 

Aerrow: We should probably get going. We gotta set up our rooms for the hotel and get ready for the Expo. We'll see you there! 

After saying their goodbyes, the Storm Hawks made their way to the hotel to prepare for the Expo. Meanwhile, Wolfram and a group of Villains infiltrate the island. 

Wolfram: Swordkil. Where's the contact?

Swordkil: Should be here any minute now....

As Swordkil says that, Doctor Skaal walks up to the Villains.

Wolfram: You with the Syndicate?

Doctor Skaal: Indeed I am! Doctor Skaal at your service! I was informed of your....operation. 

Wolfram: How so? 

Doctor Skaal: That's not important. What is important is your mission. I have the Raptor Gang on standby. Once the operation begins, I'll give the word. 

Wolfram: Good. Let's get going. 

Swordkil: I'll catch up. 

As Wolfram's group moved forward, Swordkil was alone with Doctor Skaal. 

Doctor Skaal: What do you have to report?

Swordkil: Wolfram is planning to take something called the Quirk Amplification Device. What he plans to do with it, I'm not sure. 

Skaal lets out a sinister smile. 

Doctor Skaal: Well then. We wouldn't want to delay this operation, do we?

As Skaal prepares to leave, Swordkil stops him.

Swordkil: What about my offer? 

Doctor Skaal: You mean for the Syndicate?

Sword: Yeah. I want in on the Cyclonian Syndicate! Not as some two bit informant, but as an actual member!

Doctor Skaal: You have provided the Cyclonian Syndicate with invaluable information over the years. Perhaps the Syndicate could make better use of your abilities. Help me succeed in my mission, and I'll put in a good word for you. A fair deal, no?

Swordkil: Very. What do you need done about Wolfram?

Doctor Skaal: He is no threat. Whether he succeeds in his mission is inconsequential. As long as I get what I came here for, nothing else matters. 

As Skaal laid out his plan, Swordkil was anticipating a potential membership within the Cyclonian Syndicate. As for Skaal, all he cared about was his masterpiece. He didn't care what he had to do to get it.
