At the office of Gunhead, Junko arrives for his internship. When he enters, he's met by the Hero Gunhead along with the other students who would be interning.

Gunhead: Welcome Junko! Glad you decided to intern with me! I saw your fights in the Sports Festival! Not bad if I say so myself!

Junko: Thanks Mr. Gunhead! I tried my best!

As Junko said that, Ochaco called out to Junko. Junko was pleasantly surprised to see her there.

Junko: Hey Ochaco! I didn't know you were gonna intern here too!

Ochaco: I wanted to expand my horizens. As much as I want to be a rescue hero like Thirteen, I know that I gotta have some hand to hand combat. My fight with Bakugo really showed me. 

Junko: I can respect that! I kinda had the same idea!

Junko then thought back to his fight with not only Bakugo, but with Snipe of the Cyclonian Syndicate. Both fights showed that Junko needed to learn how to fight without relying too much on both his Quirk and brute force. 

Gunhead: You've come to the right place Junko! 

As Gunhead said that, both Junko and Ochaco began learning various hand to hand combat techniques. During one of their training sessions, Ochaco spoke with Junko. 

Ochaco: Hey Junko? Can I ask you something?

Junko: Yeah! 

Ochaco: You have a Quirk that would make you the perfect combat hero, but your personality says the exact opposite!

Junko was almost taken aback. She wasn't wrong. Among the other Storm Hawks, Junko is among one of the nicest in the group. He was very much a gentle giant. 

Junko: Well......I just want to help people! I know I got a Quirk that makes me strong, but I don't want to hurt people! 

Ochaco: I can relate to that Junko. Though my Quirk isn't as powerful as yours, but I can relate to that.

Junko: The other kids used to pick on me a lot. It was only until after my Quirk manifested that they left me alone.

Ochaco: That's awful Junko! 

Junko: But no matter how bad things got, I always kept going. I always wanted to be a Hero. It wasn't until Aerrow and the others became a part of my life did I actually work to pursue that dream. 

As Junko told of his childhood experiences and dream, Ochaco saw something familiar in Junko. She saw Midoriya in Junko. That desire to help people no matter how bad things got touched Ochaco. 

Junko: What about you Ochaco? Why do you want to be a Hero?

Ochaco hesitated for a moment. But after a moment, she began to give her reasons to Junko.

Ochaco: I want to provide a better life for my parents. They've done so much for me.....and I want to repay for for their support. 

Upon hearing that, Junko began tearing up. He then proceeds to give Ochaco a tight bear hug while sobbing. As the internships went on, Junko and Ochaco trained in combat skills. Gunhead then decides to give Junko a test. 

Gunhead: All right Junko! I want you to attack me.

Junko: Are you sure?

Gunhead: Give it all you got!

Confused, Junko decides to obey Gunhead's words. Junko charged at Gunhead. As he does so, Gunhead feigns a right hook. As Junko prepares to block the attack, Gunhead follows up with an uppercut to the face, catching Junko off guard.

Gunhead: Not every punch thrown is a punch that connects! Keep that in mind Junko! 

After that demonstration, Junko took that lesson to heart. If he was to face Snipe or any other villain whether they'd be from the Cyclonian Syndicate or not. After that, Junko lets out a rare confident smile. 

Junko: I got a demonstration of my own!

Gunhead: Is that right? All right everyone! Keep watch on this!

As Junko and Gunhead paced around each other, Gunhead was given a knife and played a mugger.

Gunhead: Give me your money or I'll hurt you!

Junko: You don't scare me villain!

Gunhead charged at Junko with the knife. As Gunhead came closer and closer, Junko imagined Gunhead as Snipe. To Junko, Snipe was the motivator to become stronger and stronger. Junko activated his Muscle Augmentation Quirk on both of his arms. Junko feigned an attack with his right hand. In the last second, Junko ducked down and swiped Gunhead's legs. 

Gunhead: (He's learning fast.....)

Before Gunhead could fall to the ground, Junko lands a powerful punch with his left arm. The punch sends Gunhead flying a few feet away. Junko felt proud of himself as first, but immediately became concerned.

Junko: Ah! Sorry about that Gunhead!

Gunhead slowly got up. 

Gunhead: That was quite a move Junko! 

Ochaco: That was amazing Junko!

Junko: Thanks! 

Afterwards, Gunhead took note of Junko's move. He seemed to combine both the move he demonstrated earlier and used his Quirk to enhance the damage. That impressed him.

Gunhead: You're picking up fast Junko. With a move like that, you could easily turn any fight to your advantage!

As Gunhead said that, his thoughts fell on his fight with Snipe. Snipe's Berserker Quirk was more than a match for Junko's Muscle Augmentation Quirk. After this, Junko would continue his internship while learning everything he could under Gunhead's tutelage. When the internship ended, Junko and Ochaco would take the lessons they learned from Gunhead and apply those lessons down the line during their pursuit of becoming heroes.  Junko lets out a big smile as he ended the internship with flying colors.
