The next match of the Sports Festival was about to begin. The other Storm Hawks wished Aerrow luck as he made his way to the arena when Present Mic announces the fight.

Present Mic(Intercom): OUR NEXT FIGHT IS ABOUT TO BEGIN! EVEN BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS HAVE THORNS! IT'S THE ASSASSIN FROM CLASS 1-B: IBARA SHIOZAKI! 

Once Shiozaki made it to the arena, she quickly addressed Present Mic's comments.

Shiozaki: Excuse me! Please pardon the interruption. I'm not sure why you called me an assassin. I've come to the Festival in search victory, not to take my opponent's life! That wouldn't be aligned with the values of a hero, sir!

Present Mic quickly realized mix up in his words and moved on to the next opponent.

Present Mic(Intercom): AND HER OPPONENT IS THE HOTSHOT SKY KNIGHT FROM CLASS 1-A: AERROW!

Aerrow made his way to the arena as he could hear the cheering from his fellow Storm Hawks. Aerrow and Shiozaki locked eyes as they exchanged words.

Shiozaki: I wish you good fortune on this fight!

Aerrow: Right back at you! May the best Hero win!

Present Mic(Intercom): LET THE MATCH BEGIN!

Aerrow pulled out his duel weapon hilts and used his Wind Sheer Quirk to form small wind blades. Shiozaki began using her Vine to attack Aerrow, but he uses the wind blades to cut through the Vines. 

Aerrow: That's quite a Quirk you got there!

Shiozaki: I thank you for the kind words!

As Shiozaki said that, she used her Vines to bind Aerrow above the air. He quickly used his wind blades to cut through the blade, but as he did it, Shiozaki's Vine whipped the hilts out of his hands. At the stands, Aerrow's classmates watched his fight with excitement.

Midoriya: Aerrow sure can fight! What are those hilts? 

Stork: Weapon hilts designed for emitter Quirks like Aerrow's.

Midoriya: Cool! 

Back at the fight, Aerrow continues to dodge Shiozaki's Vines while throwing gusts of wind her way. Shiozaki used her Vines to form a shield. Aerrow then focuses his left hand to form a small whirlwind sphere in his hand. 

Finn: Hey check it out! Aerrow's doing something! 

Junko: What's he doing? 

Piper: I don't know. He must've been saving it for the Sports Festival!

Aerrow soon charged at Shiozaki with the whirlwind sphere while avoiding Shiozaki's Vines. When he gets close enough, Aerrow slams his fist into the Vine wall. The force from the whirlwind spear was able to break through the wall and strike Shiozaki, who gets thrown out of the ring. Midnight calls the match. 

Midnight: SHIOZAKI IS OUT! AERROW WINS THE MATCH BY RING OUT!

The crowd begin to cheer for Aerrow. The loudest came from the Storm Hawks.

Piper: YOU GO AERROW! 

Finn: THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT!

As Aerrow prepared to get back to the stands, he walks over to Shiozaki and helps her up.

Aerrow: You did good! Almost had me at some points!

Shiozaki was touched by Aerrow's kindness as he went back to the stands. When he does, Piper rushes to him and hugs him. This causes Aerrow to blush.

Piper: That was amazing Aerrow! 

Aerrow: Thanks Piper.

Finn: Where did you learn that move?! That was seriously sick!

Aerrow: Training. 

Junko: Guys! Piper's next! 

Piper then realized her match was up next and hugged Aerrow once more.

Piper: Wish me luck guys!

As Piper made her way to the arena, Present Mic announced the next fight.

Present Mic(Intercom): WHAT A THRILLING FIGHT! BUT NOW WE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT MATCH! OUR FIRST FIGHTER IS PIPER FROM CLASS 1-A! AND HER OPPONENT IS THE SUPPORT COURSE'S OWN MEI HATSUME!

Piper and Hatsume prepared for the fight.

Hatsume: So you're one of Stork's friends? Nice to meet ya!

Piper: Nice to meet you too!

As the fight was ready to begin, the other Storm Hawks began to ask Stork about what Hatsume was capable of. 

Aerrow: So what can we expect from Hatsume?

Stork: Advertising. Don't expect a fight.

Finn: Advertising? Are you serious? You must be joking!

Stork: And when have you known me to joke?

Junko: He's got you there Finn!

Radarr then chirps his opinion to Aerrow.

Aerrow: Guess we'll just have to wait and see how it goes. 

The fight began as Piper charges at her, but the sensors on Hatsume's backpack detects Piper's attack and the hydraulic attachment activates, dodging her attacks. Hatsume then activates her built in microphone and begins showcasing her gear. 

Piper: This is bad!

Hatsume: As you can see, I can easily evade my colleague's attacks with my hydraulics! 

Hatsume then uses her Zoom Quirk to see representatives from several Support Companies observing the fight. She was anxious to showcase her babies. Hatsume continues to dodge Piper's attacks. 

Hatsume: My hydraulics allow me to zip past my opponent's attacks with no problem! 

When Hatsume lands, Piper used her Binding Quirk to use Speed of Light to charge at Hatsume, but Hatsume fires her net gun at Piper.

Piper: What is this?!

Hatsume: That my friend is a net gun designed for capturing villains! Who designed all these gadgets? It was me, Mei Hatsume!

Piper then activates her Binding Quirk to use Diamond's edge to cut through the net. As she does so, she sees Hatsume walking out of the ring. 

Hatsume: I have nothing left to say!

Midnight: AND THE WINNER OF THE MATCH BY SELF ELIMINATION IS PIPER! 

Piper: I....I won? But I didn't do anything?

At the stands, the other Storm Hawks were just as confused with the exception of Stork.

Stork: Told you.

Finn: So you're classmate literally used Piper and the Sports Festival as one big advertisement? 

Stork: Yep. Just like I said.

When Piper got back, she was still thoroughly confused by the fight.

Piper: Did you guys see that?

Aerrow: We did.

Finn: We're just as confused as you! 

Stork: Was I really the only one who saw this coming? 

But as said that, Finn was called for his match against Mina. He was excited and feeling pretty confident about his fight.
