Frisk's POV

Oh god what do I do what do I do?!? Two hours ago if you told me that Y/n would go missing I would have chinked you down mouth ebbot.

But it has been three hours. Sure Y/n would be late to here own funeral but, not THREE HOURS late!!

I was already pacing around the room anxiously when i heard the door suddenly open. I swiftly turn my head to see if it's Y/n but unfortunately that's not the case, Marianne is standing at the door way trembling.

"S-sugar cube, i-i'm afraid I'm gonna have ta' give ya' some bad news." She says gulping, " I'm afraid our security cameras picked up somethin' rather disturbing. Y/n seems to have b-been k-killed."

"C-can you show me the tape?"

" of course I can Sugarcube. "

I watch in horror as I see a man shoot at Y/n, then the video statics out, and I'm not able to see what happened next.

Dark spots dance in front of my vision for a few seconds. N-not again!  Tears stream from my eyes.

"I'm sorry sans. I-I c-cant keep my p-promise." I say aloud "Sugarcub-" I cut her off by making the "Reset" and "Continue" buttons appear. "I'm bringing Y/n back." I say sternly slamming my hand down on the reset button.

suddenly I'm in my bed again. Just like every time Y/n dies. I quickly fling my covers off of me and rush to Ash's room.

Once in I proceed to shake the 19 year old awake

"what is it bro?"

"Y/n died again."

"How?"

"Don't know. But it seems like her murder was caught on camera"

"So what do we do now?"

We have tried so many things to keep Y/n alive. She has died of suicide - countless times 'case both Ash and I have fallen into the underground. Then sometimes she's murdered for being out alone. And sometimes she's died of a car crash or something like that. There hasn't been one timeline where Y/n has lived.

"Hey Ash?"

"Yeah Frisk?"

"Do you remember the first time Sans and Y/n meet?"

"Hell ya I do. It was when he was still blue. And Papyrus was still innocent!"

"Do you think the time line will glitch again?"

"Yeah well probably. Last time I was megalomanic."

Only Ash and i can reset. (360 words) Sans, Flowey/Asreil, And Chara (HEY ITS ME!!) are the only other ones who can remember them. Ash sits up and sighs. "At least we're one step closer to figuring out why she's dying." He says
I silently nod with him.

"Should we talk to sans about this?" I ask. I still remember how broken he was the eighth time Y/n died, he made Ash and I swear that we would help him save Y/n. Help him unravel why she continuously dies. He made us swear that if she died that we would reset. We both did. And we're still bound by that promise.

"I think that we should"

It's decided then. "Looks like we're going on a picnic tomorrow."
