Chapter Twelve: Clueless
"What the f-"
"-Uck. Yes, I understand that you are afraid right now. But we need you to be calm."
"I- I-"
The woman with the black cloak took careful steps towards me. Her cloak flown behind her, and her face was nothing but a black oval from the hood. She looked like the leader of the people who were behind her. They all looked exactly like the woman, but shorter.
"We all know you are scared sweetheart, but you don't have to be." She whispered and sniffed the air. "I can smell your fear, I can read your horrible predictions. I can feel it, we can feel it."
"B- but, h- h- ow?" I shivered, and I pressed my back against the door as her black gloved hand reached towards me. "This must be a nightmare," I said under my breath.
"No, this is not a nightmare," she hissed and I saw fangs come out of her hood. "As crazy as it may sound, we are vampires. But not ordinary vamp-"
Then it hit me. I started to burst out laughing and I began to clench my stomach. "Haha! Oh, I forgot this was a costume party. You guys really got me there!" I stood up. "Nice costume," I tugged at her cloak. "And awesome teeth!" Her mouth was still open from me interrupting her and I rubbed my finger along her fangs. "Where'd you get these from? I saw these at the dollar store, but I was afraid that they'd hurt my gums. Do they hurt-"
"Enough!" She raised her arms and screamed. Her army of blankets then attacked me and pushed me against the wall. I slammed my head against the door and slid down. Tears formed in my eyes.
"My kind will not be insulted like this! Listen here, and listen closely. I really don't have to explain anything to you, but I'm attempting to make you less frightened. It will be the best for both of us." She then got onto the floor and sat across from me. "You are right about this," she waved her hands around. "Being a vampire party. But you truly are a very uh, special person if you think this all fake."
I put my hands on my hips. "Excuse m-"
I was cut off when her leather glove slapped over my mouth. "Let me finish explaining or you will be clueless."
"Fine."
She sighed heavily. "We are not your ordinary vampires. We are not the vampires you read about, or like every vampire on this Earth. Some vampires were transferred here to this planet... there's another planet- Which I will not discuss of at this moment," she shook her head. "Let me get to the point." She placed a hand on her chest and then waved her hand to the people behind her. "We're spy's. We know about you. And we know that you know about Devin Ambrogio."
Devin Ambrogio? It's crazy how I still didn't know his last name. His last name did sound a bit sexy though...
Elena, you must resist to your hormones.
But I refused to believe that they were vampires. Vampires weren't real! Vampires are nothing but myths. And what the hell does Devin have anything to do with these, vampires?!
"You guys aren't vampires, you guys just want to be them so badly," I scoffed. "And I do know Devin. I know that Devin has nothing to do with you nerds."
The woman stood up and zoomed to me in a matter of milliseconds. I felt her spit fly amongst my face as she yelled, "So you want me to prove it, you dumb human?! We're not nerds! Devin owes us!"
I slumped against the wall and shivered when I noticed the room's temperature dropped.
"Come with me, so I can show your tiny human brain that we're not nerds." She grabbed my hand and pulled me up. Her army of blankets opened the door for us and we made our way down the steps.
"Where are we going?" I asked curiously. We reached the end of the steps and waved through the crowds of people. Great! Now I can finally look for Devin so he can get me the hell out of here. I don't want to even look at Mufusa's face. I don't want to deal with these wanna- be's.
"Devin! Help! These blankets are attacking me! Where are you!" I tried to scream over the blasting music and people. I pulled out my phone while still being dragged, ready to call him until my phone was slapped out of my hand.
"What the-" I looked up to the woman who's face was studied to the ground. I looked down and her black boot was furiously stomping on my cellphone. "Stop!" I reached down to grab it but she dug her nails into my skin.
"Why didn't you check to see if she had any communication, you dumba$$?!" she whipped her head over to one of the miniature blankets. They shook their head stupidly and shrugged. She growled and continued to pull me through the crowd. We then made it out of the door and into the hot air.
"Please! Stop! Where are you taking me?!" I pulled away desperately.
"I'm showing you the truth. The truth Devin should have mentioned to you."
"What are you talking about? Devin's a vampire as well?!"
"Can you get any stupider, you Gothic blobfish?!" She groaned and she pushed me inside of a Ford Transit.

Nutella is bae.
Okay, bae means poop in Danish, I get it. But it does stand for "before anyone else".
And Nutella comes before any one of you wet blanket fūckers.
But seriously I don't give a fūck. Its tasty bae. (Tasty Poop) and it does look like poop. But it smells and looks like good poop.
Okay, sorry its midnight and I just act weird around this time. End of discussion.
