Prologue

Tapping the pencil repeatedly on the desk, I sighed and stood up, causing some of the papers to fall down on the floor.

"Tsk."

Ignoring the trash that had scattered, I waltz across my room, ending it with a twirl as I gripped the door knob to open it. The gentle breeze brushed against my forehead causing the strands of my blonde locks to float in different directions.

"Ah, it's quite nice to be out for once in a while." I whispered softly, enjoying the peaceful surrounding.

Landing my palm on the fence, I found myself completely mesmerized by the stars glistening from the above.

"What does it feel like to be up there? What does it feel like to become a star? Everyone would fixate their eyes upon you as if you were the most valuable object any human had ever seen.." I sighed deeply before continuing my sentence.

"I for once want to feel that, that one thing I wanted the most. I want to be loved, I want to be noticed even if it's just a single person out there. But who would notice me? I'm bland, plain, boring, nothing is special about me."

"Though, what is a star?" Whispering those final words, a shooting star just flashed in front of my eyes.

'Was I too early to even state my wish? Well.. I didn't expected for a shooting start to even appear.' I thought to myself before a gale of wind gushed in, I first resorted to hold my skirt downwards, preventing it for springing up for it might expose my undies and that was were I made one of the mistakes that I would regret in my life.

My ribbon (magically) flew along the wind, trying to grab it, it landed and had hit a... Guy? It's 12 in the evening, why would somebody even be here? He swiftly caught it in one hand, not bothering to even look at the said item that he got. He retrieved his hand back to analyze the object as if it was some sort of witch craft.

I decided to stay silent knowing that he would most likely throw it at one corner and leave it. But surprisingly, he turned around and faced me, shock was clearly written on my face, standing there as if my feet were glued to the ground.

"Hey! Is this yours?!" He shouted, lifting the bow upwards and continuously waving it sideways.

'Should I say yes? Or no... No is a better option in this mess since he'll leave it anyways.'

"No." I said silently, not being able to be loud enough for it to reach him but it looks like he already read my words. "Oh really? Kagamine-san, this is definetly yours! You wear this every time you go to school, dummy!" A weird smile was plastered on his face as he examined my bow, is this guy nuts?

"I'll give it back tomorrow at school! Ja nee!*" He then ran at the other direction heading straight to a path that leads to the next street.

Not wanting another interaction that might happen, I stepped inside and locked the balcony door, spreading the red velvet curtains to hide the moon light shining.

"I interacted with somebody else.. Is this good or bad..?" I've never anticipated this to happen but am I really gonna talk to that guy tomorrow?

Just to make sure I'm not dreaming, I pinched myself roughly resulting to a high pitched squeal. It's not a dream.

Going back to my desk, I crumpled the other remaining papers except one. Raising it in front of my face, I've read the summary and decided to do this instead of the other which are poorly written than this one.

Sighing, I grabbed my pencil and sat down, writing down what I know concerning that subject on the paper. Wonder what'll happen tomorrow.
