🔷 5 - Skateboard 🔷

[Air's POV]

One thing you wanna know about me: I dislike physical activities. That's why I always have low grades when it comes to our PE subject in school. I mean, what's the point of doing all basketball and volleyball stuffs when you aren't even going to use them when you're working in the future, like a business man.

I just don't get the point of being all sporty every time. When you're doing paperworks, do you still need to dribble the paper and shoot it on a basket? Well, a crumpled paper alright and do a 'kobe!' (shoot it) towards the trash can.

Okay, I think what I'm saying right now is getting a bit far from the real story. My bad. So, this is the real thing...

I dislike physical activities, but my little brother likes it. And I mean, definitely, like very much. Well, I can see that through his lively personality. So when it comes to my little brother, I don't hesitate to join him for physical activities because I just want to enjoy and have fun with my little brother.

He likes running, jumping around, and playing outdoor activities. He even likes dancing surprisingly, and he's good at it. Wow, to be honest, when I dance, I totally look freaking stiff and weird at the same time.

Not to mention, he also loves skateboarding. Well actually, he loves watching those in our TV. So technically, he haven't ridden a skateboard yet in his life. He watches every stunt and few impossible tricks some guys just do. I swear if he does that and hurt himself, I'll suffocate those guys he just watched from the TV for influencing my little brother like that.

Yeah, I'm that overprotective towards my little breeze, and I won't let anything nor anybody hurt him. Or else, I'll splash a huge tsunami over their faces. No kidding, if I lose my temper, I'll freaking do it.

Right now, I'm celebrating my little brother's sixth birthday and guess what? I just gifted him a skateboard that's cyan blue in color, which is his favourite. Yeah, I'm not selfish when it comes to what my young brother wants to have. I'm just too worried for him but, I guess I'm overthinking too much.

"THANK YOU, BIG BROTHER AIR!" My now six-year-old little celebrant exclaimed, jumping towards me and gave me a bear hug. I saw how surprise he was when he opened my present for him. His face lit up with excitement and his smile was wide as ever.

I chuckled slightly, gently embracing him back while smiling warmly. "You like my gift?" I asked, grinning.

"NO!" He immediately replied. "I DON'T LIKE IT!" He added, which made my shoulders dropped and pouted. Ouch... Okay that hurt... so much.

"I LOVE IT!"

Nevermind!

"You got me there." I stated, my little brother only laughed at my response. I chuckled along afterwards.

Few minutes later, we broke the hug, with Angin holding his skateboard in hand. "Can I try giving this a ride outside?!" He cheerfully asked, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

Oh boy, my overprotective self started tingling. "Yeah, sure. Go ahead." I calmly said, smiling at him.

"Yay!" He exclaimed, quickly going outside afterwards.

Okay, just need to watch over him and hopefully, he doesn't hurt himself. I thought to myself as I followed my little brother outside afterwards.

"Uhh... Big brother?"

"Yeah, what is it?" I asked, my brows furrowed.

"Can you please guide me?" He asked, as he smiled sheepishly while laughing nervously.

I think it's better if I'm close to him while he's riding his skateboard, just to make sure of his safety.

I smiled at Angin. "Sure." I responded, as I made my way towards my little brother.

I gently grabbed my little breeze's hand and wrapped one of my arms on his hips for support. "Okay, just skate slowly, alright?" I informed him, making him nod his head in response.

"Ready?"

"Yeah!"

"Okay, go."

After a few tries, my little brother kind of got the hang of it as I was loosing my grip from him from time to time. He's a fast learner when it comes to these stuffs, huh? He managed to skate all by himself in just less in an hour.

"You're doing pretty good, my little breeze!" I commented, giving him a thumbs up while smiling. Angin looked at me and giggled.

Suddenly, his skateboard accidentally hit a small rock, making him lose his balance and fell off. Alarmed, I immediately summoned my water bubble and catch my little brother before falling completely to the ground. Fortunately, I caught him, which it made me sigh in relief.

"Are you okay!?" I worriedly asked, as I checked on my little brother for any injuries.

"I'm okay." He replied, which made me more relieved from his response. I heaved a long sigh, crouching down on his level and gently gave him a warm hug.

"Please watch where you're going next time, okay?" I calmly stated, as I brushed his hair from behind. "I hate it when you're going to hurt yourself."

I felt my little brother hugged me back, and softly replied. "I'm sorry for making you worried, big brother." He mumbled, as I felt my heart sunk after hearing those words.

"It's okay, my little breeze."
