====================================

The day went actually luminous and terrific for Angin. Even though the pain inside of him still bothers him, there were still some few occurrences that made him feel better. Like, feeling relieved when he saw his closest friends feeling slightly better, passing his math quiz from his Math subject and seeing people smile at him when they pass by him.

These made the wind elemental curved a soft smile on his lips, remembering the past events that had happened earlier.

Even though if there were only some few wholesome moments where he felt good inside, for him, they are still precious to him. He just didn't want to remember the bad things that had happened anymore. He just wanted to have a calm and positive mindset, getting those negative thoughts away from his head.

He just wanted to stay happy, but sometimes... he just couldn't feel that emotion at all.

Although he knew that deep inside, he's selfless, but for other people, they think it was selfish of him to give all of his happiness to them. Because they thought, how about him? Not to mention, they're worried about him as well.

In people's eyes, literally, Angin is like the sunshine in their life the moment they met him. Oh, how he was so genuine and caring for other people's feelings. That's what they liked about him; being so thoughtful and kind to them.

From Angin's point of view, he doesn't like to see anyone feeling down infront of him. That's why he's always the first one to act, to cheer that person at least. He wants their gloomy, puckered faces to be replaced with a beaming one.

Angin may not be happy on the inside, but whenever he helped or managed to make people happy, or smile, he was already feeling contented by it. That's why he loves it when people feel joyous, and they couldn't help but feel grateful and pleased to have someone like Angin.

Suddenly, Angin snapped back to reality when he spotted something lying down on the middle of the road. Curiously, he jogged towards it and as soon as he realised what it was, a soft gasped escaped from his mouth, with both of his knees dropping down on the ground at the same time. Tears started to trickle down his face as he stared what's infront of him with his eyes opened widely in complete shock.

"Lucky...?" He uttered, crawling closer to his pet dog, and hugged it tightly, sobbing silently afterwards.

There was a puddle of blood around the dog, causing the wind elemental's clothes to get stained with it. But the latter didn't care. For now, he only thinks about Lucky, and how did this happened.

"Lucky... please, don't leave me..." He whispered to his slightly unconscious pet, tears were continously flowing down from his eyes.

Lucky gave out a pained whine, slowly looking at Angin straight into his glistening eyes with his exhausted, puppy eyes. He then carefully licked his young owner's tears, like he's wiping his sorrowful tears away from his face. Like Lucky, he doesn't like his best friend to feel unhappy, since he only had few more minutes to live.

"Lucky... please stay with me... Stay with me...!" Angin's voice cracked up, holding Lucky tightly on his arms. "Please don't go... Who will be there to surprise me when I come back home? Who will be accompanying me if I ever feel alone? Who will be there to cheer me up? Who will be there to have fun with? Who will be there to..." He trailed off, as he let out his heartbreaking sobs.

"... Who will be there to bring me happiness...?"

Before Lucky let out his final breath, he looked at Angin once more, licking away more of his tears, seemingly telling him to stop crying, and he'll always be in his best friend's heart. That's when, Lucky slowly closed his eyes, his head leaning backwards as he let the darkness took over him.

Lucky was finally resting in peace.

When Angin realised that Lucky is gone, he screamed grievously, another round of warm tears started streaming down his face.

Not for long, a car stopped infront of Angin, with the owner exiting out of it. It was his mother.

"Oh my, Angin! What are you doing here!?" She exclaimed, looking down at her youngest son afterwards.

When her eyes laid down to who he was holding on his arms, she gasped, with her eyes widened in shock. She immediately kneeled down beside Angin, gently brushing Lucky's head as her eyes started to water up with tears as well. Her other hand then made its way to her son's head, soothing him afterwards.

Angin leaned his head to her mother's shoulder, as he let out all his emotions there, with her mother trying to calm him down.

"Shh... It's okay, sweetheart..." His mother calmly said, as she planted a soft kiss on her wind elemental son's forehead. "He will not be in pain anymore... He can finally rest peacefully from above..." She added, placing her chin on top of his son's head as she continued to calm him down.

"Lucky will always be remembered in our hearts, honey..."

Angin sniffled, his brown, gloomy eyes gazing down at Lucky's grave. They thought of burying their pet on their backyard, that way they'll know that he's always there for them, even when he'd already passed away.

Angin's mother was hugging him from behind, as she also stared down at Lucky's burial in dismal. She gently soothed her youngest son, with one of her hand brushing his hair softly.

Angin seemed that he couldn’t stop his tears from flowing down, as he remembered all the precious memories he had with Lucky.

"Thank you for always sticking up with me, Lucky..."
