BELA'S POV

I opened my eyes blinking. The first thing I saw was Mahir Ji standing in front of me with teary eyes. A nurse is sitting near me on a stool. Saline water is connected to my body. It took me a few moments to understand that I am in a hospital bed as I fainted when I heard mahir Ji died. I immediately jumped on him in happiness. He held me tightly. Both of our eyes were pooling with tears. Suddenly I noticed that that needle is missing from my hands. I turned to the bed only to see myself lying on the bed unconscious. For a moment I felt like blood was drained out from my body. But then it strikes me that it is impossible as I am bela's soul. But what made me feel so vulnerable is that it's Mahir's soul who is with me now. But still, I felt a drop of happiness as I am going to enter heaven or hell with mahir Ji. My mahir. But his next four words were like a mini arrow that broke my whole body into infinite pieces.

"I am leaving bela," he said and passed me a small smile.....teary smile.  

"Without me," I asked to hope to get a no as a reply. But he didn't say anything. He just nodded which showed how much he wanted to be with me.

" you cannot...without me..we both promised to be together in our all seven lives...whether in life or death...in heaven or hell.." I said looking at his face which had a different glow and aura. "take me with you," I said ....which sounded more like a command" I cannot....because you still have a lot of responsibilities to fulfil. "what responsibilities" I asked. For that, he slowly moved his hands near my belly and pointed to it. I looked at his hands then at his face. Happiness was evident on his face. "you need to take care of him. Tell him I loved him so much. And I'll always protect him from a place unknown. Love him more than you love me. Never make him feel that he is fatherless. Can you do that for me?" He asked "Mmmmm..... I'll do that...but who will take care of me. Who will protect me? Who will love me more than you do? Who will make me feel that I am not alone." I asked

" he will" he replied. "no he cannot....he cannot replace your love for me. Nobody can." I told and hugged him. Then started to cry. "you know what... I hate you...a lot." I said breaking the hug. I am sure it hurt him so much. But it is needed. He should know my pain before leaving me like this. I pushed him slowly and entered my body. But before, I looked at him only to see him leaving wiping his tears.

MAHIR'S POV

I excited her ward. Her last words hurt me so much. A lot. I know she didn't understand me. Moreover, she doesn't have to as it's me the one who was leaving her and going. I wish if I get a few more time with her it would have been cool. I just wanted to hug her close when the doctor announces that she is pregnant. I just wanted to complete one of her mood swings. I only want to buy a few dresses and toys for my baby. It would have been enough. More than enough. But this destiny is so cruel to me that it won't even spare me one minute. Now standing in front of this circle or you can say this entrance to heaven or hell... I feel so ashamed of myself for going, leaving behind my wife and unborn baby. But I can't help it. I need to go. I hope in my next life, I'll get a chance to live with my bela a happy normal life. It doesn't matter whether I am poor or rich. If she is with me then it's enough.

AUTHOR'S POV

Thinking all these mahir entered the circle with closed eyes. When he opened it he saw a man in a white hoodie in front of him. The place was covered with a pile of long and healthy trees. Flowers can be seen everywhere. The white pink and blue colour in the long never-ending white and yellow sky made the place look heavenly. Mahir looked at that man who has a mischievous glint on his face.

"where am i" mahir asked "you are in between hell and heaven brother" the man replied. "ohhhh" that was the only thing mahir was able to say next. "do you have any last wishes before going to heaven or hell," the man asked. Mahir looked at the man for a second or two and then requested "can I live a few more days". "it's impossible as you are here because you are dead. Now life cannot be given to you like the world of death have its own rules. But still, I can grant you another wish if you want. I can give you memories." The man explained. "Memories...how..." mahir asked doubtfully.

"mahir if I grant you this wish then..... I will give you some memories of the future in which you will be present with your family. It is something very special to all souls. Only a few people ever rejected this who have later regretted it. So mahir....do you want me to grant you this wish or something else. " mahir thought for a few minutes. I was confused for him. At last, when he made his decision he said "I don't want you to grant me this wish. I wish a happy life for my family. I want their future to be filled with happiness. There is no meaning in keeping some memories which hate. That happiness is temporary. But if my family is safe, then it's enough for me to be happy in my whole life." He completed and smiled looking at him. The man smiled more widely and walked to mahir. He slowly patted his shoulder and said "come with me" They both walked for a long time. In between the man asked mahir to tell him about his family. Mahir told him about his family members, behir's love story, their beautiful memories, the problems that they had to face and at last how much he loves her. Them at last both reach in front of another circle. The man looked at Mahir's face before asking him to enter it. What the man saw in his face is pure love, innocence and calmness. He was kinda surprised to see him not at all sad. "aren't you said that you are leaving this world." He asked. "I am sad but I am more than happy because you grant me the wish that my family is going to be okay. And while talking to you I understood that I have lived my life to the fullest. I got love, wealth, happiness, sadness and what not. I have got everything. so it's okay. I don't know what's going to happen next but..... yeah....all is fine." Mahir said and entered the circle. Slowly slowly it started to close. At once it fully closed the man, he cast a magic spell and snapped his fingers.

In hospital.....a man is being brought to the mortuary. suddenly the nurse who was with him yelled for the doctor. After a few hours.... a man entered the room and patted on the patient's cheeks.

"mahir are you alright," he asked, "yes I am." He said opening his eyes. "but am I done" mahir asked. The man chuckled and said "the world of death has given you another opportunity mahir. They only give it to a few peoples and you are one of them. You are a good man mahir. Someone very precious. Life has much more good things for you in its hands mahir. Be happy always" he said and started to move.

"But who are you," mahir asked. "I am a good man mahir. You're good wishes." He said and went away to someplace unknown.

ONE AND HALF YEAR LATER

"What is the matter with you, mahir Ji. I have been waiting for you for more than two hours. But you are here romancing with your lover not even caring about your wife and son. I hate, ma, mahir Ji you are good." Bela said and sat on his lap hiding her neck on the crook of his neck. "then why are sitting on my lap bela Ji" mahir said only to earn a smack from her. Mahir smiled seeing her cute antics. " you know what bela whenever you say 'i hate you mahir Ji' all of a sudden I feel so hollow. But I don't know-how but then it kinda gives me new hopes of life. Bela, you should say 'i hate you ' more often." Mahir said hoping to earn a smack from her again but she looked into his deep brown orbs and said: "I love you, mahir Ji....be always with me."

" How can I not be with you my love when my soul is with you bela," he said and kissed the top of her forehead.

A lot of things changed in this short period. Bela became pregnant and give birth to Mahendra. Rajat proposed ruhi and they are happily married couples now. Madhu is with ruhi as ruhi already lost her sister so she wanted to take care of her giving her the love that she couldn't give her sister. In the shock of Virat'sdeath, teni became mentally ill. She was sent ta to a mental asylum. But later they found out that teni was pregnant. But unfortunately, she died in her pregnancy and Arjun is now taking care of the child along with his new girlfriend Anjali And they named teni's daughter Tara. Sumitra was sent to jail for trying to kill mahir.

Everything is going fine. All are happy. Including the author because of the love and support the reader have given her for writing this story. She doesn't know whether this story is a good one or not. But it does mean a lot to her.
