I watched a movie with Kao and it was nice. I'm glad I have someone there for me in these times. Why me? Why is mystery so interested in me?

"I'm going to take a shower." I spoke to kao.

"Ok buddy!" Kao spoke to the TV, barely listening to what I was saying to him.

I walked upstairs to take off my clothes for the shower. As I was cleaning myself thoughts filled my head.

Mystery,why do you like me so much.

"Why me mystery?" I thought out loud.

"I don't know.." something said back. The voice sounded familiar..

Something then jumped in front of the shower and opened the shower door and climbed in there with me. It then pinned me to the wall.

"You tell me..." It spoke and then disappeared.

I shivered. My tail wagged to indicate I was scared. Was that mystery? It didn't sound like him...

After that I cleaned myself whilst being on guard at the same time. I stopped the water and walked out the shower.

I remembered what just happened.

Flashback

"Why me mystery?" I thought out loud.

"I don't know.." something said back. The voice sounded familiar..

I put my clothes on and walked downstairs. Kao was asleep so I turned the TV off and carried him to bed.

All night the one thing that was in my head was mystery.

The next morning

My alarm beeped to indicate it was 7:00, which was an hour before work. I went into Kaos room and shook him gently.

"Mph..." he spoke in a lazy tone.

"Wake up its time to get ready for work, it starts in an hour..." I then kissed him on the forehead and he shot up.

When they are ready for work

"Bet I can beat you to work!" He teased playfully after running off.

"Hey! You got a head start!" I whined.

When we got there my playfulness quickly turned to tenseness. I sighed as I opened the workplace doors with my key, as it wasn't open yet.

"Hello there..." something whispered in the shadows, and then came out.

"I've gotta say, I got a nice view of you last night..." he leaped onto me.
