JIDE ride out of the compound heading to the police station,he prayed silently hoping they will be able to find Moreni,he is scared thesame way Kike is but he can't let her see that or that will make everything worse. His life have been complicated lately and it seems it gets worst as the day goes by

Jide killed the ignition of his car engines coming out of the car, he looked at his car once more before heading inside the police station. He met a familiar figure and greeted politely. The police man is the one on Moreni's case

"Good morning sir" Jide greeted

"Good morning,I was planning on calling you. Let's go to my office"the police man said,Jide tagged along entering his office. He asked Jide to sit and he did just that

"Any news yet?" Jide asked eagerly

"Yes. We were able to trace her with her phone,her location is on and it won't be much of a trouble to get her"the police said and Jide couldn't hide his excitement,he felt a little calm than he have been lately

"So when did you plan on getting her?" Jide asked

"I'm sending my boys to investigate the area first, tomorrow by God's grace we should be able to get her"the police man said

" Okay,I will love to follow you that tomorrow if you don't mind"Jide said

" Of course not,I will let you know when we are ready" The police man said and Jide stood up

" Thank you so much"Jide said shaking the police man

"You're welcome" the police man said before Jide walked out of the police station.

Jide entered his car and rub his eyes with his fingers. He sat down blank having no single thoughts, he decided to head to work. He had some works he needs to get ready as soon as possible. He ignite the car engines and drive out of the police station. He suddenly stopped remembering Kike,he felt that she must be very scared of loosing her sister and also she has an exam the next day and she have to be in a good state of mind to write it.

He turned back heading to the house thinking about breaking the good news to her,he would give anything to see her smile and that's what he is going to do right now.

The ride to the house was shorter than Jide expected,he parked his car and came out of his car,he went closer to the door knocking but no one answered. He wondered maybe Kike is using the bathroom,he bring out his spare key and open the door entering the sitting room

He look at the center table and saw two glass cup filled with chivita drink. He wondered who is in the house,he went to check the kitchen but Kike wasn't there and got more confused,he decided to head to her room. He knocked on her door and no one answered,he decided to open the door and check if she's not around

Unfortunately for him,he pushed the door open and saw the scene he never think he will ever see,Kike was laying half naked in the bed with a guy on top of her, as soon as the door opened the boy had jumped from Kike's body sitting at the edge of the bed feeling very embarrassed,Jide narrowed his eyes on the guy and suddenly remembered him. He was the guy that Kike came to Lagos with and everything suddenly clicked,he is the suppose boyfriend of Kike

"Jide" Kike breathes out feeling too scared to talk, she's obviously shaking. Favour took his shirt immediately wearing it,he went closer to Kike kissing her forehead before leaving the room, Jide's eyes traced his figure, until he couldn't see him again. He turn and look at Kike who's already crying

"I'm sorry" Kike said and Jide's anger bubbled, he is never the jealous type but ever since he met Kike and admit to himself what he feels for her, he always feel protective and hate anyone touching her. Those things breaks his heart and right now is not even an excuse

"Jide?!" Kike called but Jide just watched her trying to control his anger

"I came back to tell you the police have got to know the location of Moreni"Jide said and turn heading out of the room when he suddenly halted " and also whenever you want to have anything to do with your boyfriend, please visit him don't do such things in my roof"he said leaving the room without waiting for Kike to say a thing

Kike fell on the floor her heart beating fast,she could hear her pounding heart in her ears,things could have gone much worse but she's glad that Jide decided to act matured. She stood up from the floor taking her phone,she called Favour immediately

"Hey!" She breathes out "where are you now?"

"On my way home,I'm lucky your sister's Fiance didn't have my head"Favour said the last part chuckling

" Well,we will talk later then"Kike said and end the call,she threw her phone in her bed rubbing her face with her hands.

Jide wasn't able to concentrate at work and little things pisses him off,his workers were surprised with the way he is acting,they have never seen him look so angry before. Jide tried concentrating on his work throughout the day and at the end of the day he wasn't able to do anything,he felt so angry and jealous at thesame time. He knows he has no right to be angry with whatever Kike wants to do but that information alone is not enough to calm him down,he is seeing red and knows if he had laid his hands on that Kike's boyfriend he would have ended up killing him,he would have end up in prison and Kike will still get married to someone else

He took his phone dialling Raphael's contact, Raphael picked the call on it fourth ring

"Hello dude!" Raphael said as soon as he picked the call

" What's up? Where are you?"Jide asked

"Just closing from work,about heading home" Raphael replied

" Can we meet at the club?"Jide asked

"Are you okay?" Raphael asked and Jide remain silent for awhile thinking about his reply

"No I'm not" he breathes out

"We will meet in the club then"Raphael said and the call came to an end. Jide took the necessary things he needed at home and left the company. He took his car riding out of the his company to the club

He parked his car and went inside the club,the club wasn't filled yet. The night is too early for that,he look around and saw Raphael sitting down with drinks with him,he joined him and gave him the bro handshake

"It's been awhile" Raphael said

"I noticed" Jide said taking one of the drinks and gulping it down

"I heard from Kike Moreni is kidnapped, a lot of things have been going on lately and we don't have enough time to talk"Raphael says

" Yes,the police are on it,they said they have located where she's kidnapped at. It looks like the fool that did that isn't an expert, Moreni's phone is on with the location too"Jide said requesting a drink from the bartender

" Oh wow! That's good news, I hope everything goes smoothly. You know your wedding is coming up and a lot of preparation have been made"Raphael said and Jide snorted taking his drink in a go

" When did you and Kike became this close, it's surprising" Jide said and Raphael chuckled

" Is that bad?"Raphael asked teasingly

"You want to fuck her or what?" Jide asked doing a poor job at hiding his raw hatred and jealousy

"Hey man! Your thinking are going wild,that's not it" Raphael said and Jide snorted again laughing without humor

" What's wrong with you?" Raphael said watching his friend warily

" I don't know! My feelings caught up on me" Jide said hitting his chest and taking another drink

"When do you start drinking this much Jide! You might turn a drunkard anytime soon" Raphael said a little pissed and worried "no more drinks for him please" Raphael told the bartender,who just nodded

" You shouldn't stop me from drinking" Jide said and Raphael snorted angry at the way Jide decided to deal with his depression

" What's all this? This is not you at all!" Raphael said and Jide chuckled

" I don't know what's wrong with me Raphael,I can't think straight anymore. Kike is always clouded in my thoughts why?! Why will God allow such thing to happen to me when he knows I can never have her,I have never felt this disorganized before. I crave for her,it got worst after our first time together,I'm..."Raphael cut Jide's ranting short

" What did you just say?! You slept with her?!" Raphael asked his voice louder than he wanted " what's wrong with you Jide?! How can you do that to Moreni?! You're getting married in less than three months! What's wrong with you?! How can you sleep with her?!"Raphael shouted obviously angry. Jide watched him warily before standing up

"Where are you going?" Raphael ask standing up too

" You're not what I need right now,I don't need anyone pointing out my wrongs" Jide said and made his way out of the club in long strides. Raphael followed him up immediately,he was about to open his car door when Raphael held him back

"Jide wait!" Raphael said and Jide pushed him "at least lemme drive you home"

"I don't need your help"Jide spatted

" You're drunk Jide,you might end up having an accident in this condition of yours"Raphael pushed

" I'm perfectly fine,I don't need your help!" Jide shouted. Raphael took a step back, Jide enter his car and ride out of the club.

He successfully entered his compound after having series of difficulty riding back home,he killed his car engines and step outside making sure to lock the car. He use his spare key to open the door and saw Kike in the sitting room,he snorted and headed to his room

Kike saw Jide coming inside the house and stood up immediately,she went closer to him and could smell alcohol all over him

"I'm sorry for what happened earlier,I shouldn't have done that"Kike apologized. Jide snorted and chuckled dryly

" Soothe yourself!" Jide said and made his way inside when Kike stopped him" you wouldn't want to see my angry side!"Jide threatened

"What's wrong with you? You're drunk"Kike said, ignoring Jide's threat, Jide chuckled dryly again

" You're wrong with me! You're wrong with me Kike! Just get the fuck out of my head! You cloud my thoughts,I don't know how this happened but I don't like it one bit"Jide said and Kike started crying. She could relate to everything Jide said,it's same for her too. He clouds her thought too and that might drive her insane very soon

"And it's so fucking funny because you can never be mine,you are that one thing I can never have or have the right to touch,I'm just tired of all this,I can't even say I regret knowing you because as Moreni's sister I will end up knowing you at some point but what kills me most is having this deep feelings for you and still can't have you or you been this close yet so far away"Jide said calmly his shoulders sagging.

Kike didn't know what take over her and she stand on her toes kissing Jide,Jide was surprised about the sudden act. He tried pushing her away gently but Kike wasn't having any of those and Kissed him more, Jide looses all his sense of reasoning and kissed her back. He carried her up and Kike wrapped her legs around his waist. Jide took her to his room and pushed her to the bed,Kike removed her top and Jide climbed on top of her
