Hyunjin pov

I sat on the stairs outside my house drawing with chalk. I was waiting for the mail woman. She always gave me a lollypop when I got the mail. I heard footsteps and looked up to see her. I smiled and stood up. She took out a couple of envelopes and handed them to me as well as a lollypop.

"I love your outfit today" she said. I smiled.

"Thank you, I love your hair" I said. She smiled as well and soon she was off. I headed back inside and handed my mom the items.

"Thank you dear" she said.

"You're welcome" I said and then ran off to the kitchen for breakfast. I sat down in the chair and started to eat my food. Soon mom sat down looking over a letter, she looked confused. I saw the envelope it came in had one of those old fancy wax closing things. I looked at my parents as Mom got up and they talked on the other side if the kitchen. I ate my food and swung my legs. I saw my parents look over at me. I wasn't sure what they where talking about. I soon finished and walked over to the sink and put my plate in after rinsing it off. I went to head up to my room but my parents stopped me.

"Hyunjin" my dad said. I turned and looked at him. "We need to have a talk about something?" He said sounding kinda cautious and not sure himself. I raised an eyebrow at him and walked over.

"Yes?" I asked.

"We just got a letter saying you've been excepted into a school for people who are like you" my mom spoke. "You know all the weird things you can do that other kids can't?" She asked and I nodded, remembering the time I grew plants just by touching the seed and it turned into a very large flower. "Well turns out you have magic in your blood or something and you are a wizard and are able to go to a magic school called Hogwarts" she said. My face lit up.

"I'm gonna meet more people like me?" I asked. They nodded. I smiled happily. I was always alone here because no one liked me, either it be I liked wearing skirts and dresses or me doing weird magic. Most of the people who where my friends where taken away by their parents. I spun around happily. My parents became happy seeing me happy. I then went up to my room. I grabbed my lollypop and put it in the jar full of the other ones. I liked to keep them as decorations then once I do good at school or something I'd have one. I was in a very good mood, I hadn't been in a while.

Short first chapter I'm aware but please work with me, I have no idea how to start this, this idea started with them dancing together and now we are here,,,,
