After the movie, Tae and I separated for the night.

I went to my room and right away, I started to scroll on my phone. Jumping from app to app until I somehow managed to google search onlyfans.

Now I know what you're thinking, that definitely wasn't coincidental and you're right, it wasn't. I looked it up for one reason and one reason only.

Firstly, I had to make an account but once I did, I searched up Tae's user I remembered him showing me. Right away, of course, I couldn't see anything.

I knew I needed to subscribe to see everything but from what I did see, Tae was very popular. There wasn't anything too inappropriate from what was visible, but I knew there had to be stuff much worse.

I definitely wasn't going to pay to see, no matter how curious I was. That would just be embarrassing for me and I didn't want Tae to know I was looking.

When I scrolled down, I could see the amount of views and my jaw nearly fell to the floor. He had so many people subscribed and watching his videos.

They must be great if so many people pay to see them...

I shake the thought away as I quickly swipe out of it, deleting it from my search history. If I didn't see it I wouldn't have to think about it.

I didn't want to think about it.

Chucking my phone to the side, I lay down and stare up at the ceiling. My mind had been racing all day and I felt stressed out.

All I wanted to do was sleep, so that's exactly what I did.

"Wait so you two are dating then or what?" Maxxine asks as she flops down on my couch, kicking her feet up onto the coffee table.

I scoff as I take a seat next to her, pushing her feet off, letting them hit the floor with a thud.

"Not officially, no." I say as I lean back into the couch and flip the tv on.

"So then you guys are just roommates with benefits?" She asks as she looks over at me with a grin.

"Well yeah, I guess." I say, frowning a little at her words. I didn't want to be just that...

Before Maxx even has the chance to pry more, the front door swings open and in walks Tae.

"Speak of the devil and he shall appear!" Maxx sings as she stands up, walking to Tae's side. Without warning, she swings her arm around his shoulder, pulling him into her.

"Come sit, yeah?" Maxx grins as she guides him over to the couch and practically pushes him down. Before I can scold her, she speaks again.

"I heard you and my best friend here are hooking up. Is that right?" Maxx asks and Tae looks to me taken back before he nods.

"Is that all you want from y/n or is it going somewhere? Do you have any plans to date her?"

I mentally sighed at how invasive Maxxine was being but I had no chance to butt in as this conversation was strictly them speaking. I seemed to have no say. Literally, I couldn't get a word out.

"Of course that's not all I want. We're just seeing where it goes right now. I definitely would like to date y/n. If that's what she wants too, that is." Tae says, not seeming to waver under pressure.

Maxx looks at me and grins. "You hear that? Just say the word and you two can make it official right here and now."

My eyes shift from Maxx to Tae who seemed to smile slightly. He is enjoying this a little too much.

"I mean if you want to then I do too." I say and Tae nods as he pushes off on his knees, standing up once again.

"Okay perfect. We can talk more later but for now, Maxx, keep my girlfriend company."

Without saying anything else, Tae exits the room, leaving just Maxx and I again.

"What the fuck was that?!" I whisper yell as I look up at Maxx who was still standing there, a huge smirk on her lips and her hand on her hip.

"The making of a beautiful new relationship." She says as she plops back down on the couch beside me.

I roll my eyes but let it go. At the end of the day, I was grateful to have a friend like Maxxine. Someone that always has my back no matter what.

All I needed was one great friend by my side and that great friend, is Maxxine.

After awhile, Maxxine left and Tae and I sat down to have our talk as promised.

"So, boyfriend and girlfriend now, huh?" Tae grins, clearly enjoying the new titles.

"Yeah I suppose so." I say, unable to hold back the smile that was making way on my lips.

"I guess sometimes you just need a push. Although she's a strange one, Maxxine is a good friend." Tae says and I smile and nod, agreeing.

"So, now that we're dating, I think we should definitely talk about those boundaries. Firstly, what you said about my job..." Tae starts and I pull in my lips, unsure of what he was going to say next.

This was the main thing I knew was going to be an issue so I had no idea where we would go with this. It definitely was a big concern on my part.

"I get it one hundred percent and that's why I have something to tell you." Tae says, the look on his face becoming serious.

"Yeah?" I was getting worried now.

"Well, two things. Either I'm going to plan on stopping and finding a new job, since I want to anyway that really won't be a problem, or..." he says, his lips curving up into a grin.

I understood why the second the words came out of his mouth.

"You could record with me. Just the two of us."
