Special containment procedures: SCP-2519 should be contained in a 11m x 9m x 18m chamber with 4m x 9m x 7m being sand and clay. 7m x 9m x 7m should be salt water at a tropical temperature. SCP-2519 should have a ocean look to the rest of its chamber, ie: coral, bright lights, stimulating sounds, etc. There should be perches of wood and leaves all placed at different heights and locations throughout the open areas.

Personnel are forbidden to enter without proper protection and a peace offering of food. This is to prevent hunger, anger, or boredom attacks. 

When speaking with SCP-2519, it must be in a 6m x 6m x 4m bulletproof glass container with a connection hallway of steel to its containment unit to prevent any contact or uncontrolled attacks. 

Description: SCP-2519 takes the form of a 5"6 ft, 16 year old girl. In this form it's skin is a light blue-grey with blue scales patches. One of its large yellow eyes is covered with long dark grey-blue hair resting on its head and stoping at its upper back. Two large fin like ears give its head a animal-like look, along with the sharp grey teeth filling its mouth. No visible clothing and no sex organs.

SCP-2519 is a mainly seafood carnivore, eating things like live fish, squid, and crab. It eats some land animals like live chicken, and beef. Large gills on the sides of its neck allow it to breath in salt water and even sleep underwater. 

In between long, clawed, fingers and toes are almost transparent webs. A long, thick and muscular tail stems from the base of SCP-2519's lower back. At the end of the tail, a large shark-like fin. 

SCP-2519 has another form, a large horse sized, bipedal, almost dragon-like creature. Same skin, except thicker and tougher. Darker eyes, no hair, and a pointed snout. A large fin starts at the top of its head and goes down the the base of its tail. Same big fin ears, gills and webbed talons. same tail and blue scale patches. 

Most of the time, SCP-2519 takes the form of the 16 year old girl that calls herself Pisces. But if extremely angered, experiencing strong emotions, or feels extremely threatened, then it will form into what's nicknamed SCP-2519.2. But it can't hold that form for long and will often tire itself out and reduce back to 'Pisces'. 

In case of containment breach, SCP-2519 is to be tracked, put to sleep with tranquilizers and re-captured. At least 4 mobile task forces, teams no lower than five personnel, Who are all permitted to engage it. Attempted containment breaches have been numbered at 15, while successful containment breaches number at 6.

SCP-2519: (no verbal communication)

Dr. [removed]: Pisces? If you don't talk, we will have-

SCP-2519: why? So you can lock me up further?! (Presses webbed hands up against glass)

Dr. [removed]: Not necessarily, depends on your actions and intentions.

SCP-2519: I want to go home! Is that too much?! (Bares teeth and fin ears lower)

Dr. [removed]: Uh, no but we can't do that. We're trying to make you feel at home but we can't leave you out there, you could be dangerous. (Whispers to personnel D-324)

SCP-2519: (stares at them before thrashing tail around)

Personnel D-324: uh Pisces? If you-

SCP-2519: leave me alone! Let me back into 'containment'.

Dr. [removed]: we can't do that, not until you answer our questions.

SCP-2519: go AWAY!! (Shouts and started forming into 2519.2)

Dr. [removed]: personnel D-324! Open the door to her containment, now!

SCP-2519: (yells and starts thrashing around)
