For a while all the boys that I knew at my new school were mature, and mean. But when I got to middle school and met so people and got to know other people better, I began to slowly develop a crush. There is the boy that I've known for about a year now, we kinda knew each other for a while but didn't really interact. But then in September we got to know each other better and started to hang out.

He is the most amazing and nicest person that I've ever met. He is a little goofy and is always smiling around me. The thing is that all of my friends say that he likes me and say that we should be together. But I'm just really confused. Sometimes they will come up to us while were talking and say,

"You guys both like each other, so why aren't you dating.........." Now I'm standing here freaking out in my head and trying to cover my face. And he pauses and looks at the ground.

My friends lately have been telling us that we should get together and we just stop and don't say anything to each other about it.
