So this happened when the whole clown thing was going on at the time. This is my sister and mom's story.

My mom and sister were on their way home, my mom picked up my sister from work. My mom was driving on a main busy road and she saw people crossing the street, so she slowed down to let them pass in front of her. They ended up running towards the car with bats and a crowbar, my sister yelled at my mom, to drive and that they were clowns and my mom took off speeding.
